and why the hell would an ex-Blizzard North employee make a speech? they freaking quit because they were being treated badly! they aren't on friendly speech-making terms with Blizzard lol. and they have no reason to make a speech anyway. what would he say? "I'm proud of what the new team has done, I wish I hadn't have quit" ?? wtf lol.
everything about that post is wrong (except the important blizzard guy part)
its also wrong that he seemed to be talking friendly at the end, as if he knows us, but he doesn't know us at all. its his first freaking post.
I'll get the tar, you get the feathers. and someone else get a freaking guillotine.
Rofl. Exactly. It was funny though. I'm personally supprised nobody believes him, what with this forum being so damn gullable...
Anyway, forget the guillotine, there are things worse then death. *Giggles evily.*
Rofl. That's funny. I'd so pay to play as a bard like that.
That's just histarical.
After ages spent singing of the heroic exploits of others, the bards of Azeroth are finally stepping into the spotlight on their own terms, proving once and for all that while just about anyone can pick up a sword or cast a spell, only a true hero can vanquish evil with the power of ROCK!
The time has come for the bards to claim glory for themselves. No longer will they remain shrouded in obscurity while less-talented adventurers are hailed by the masses.
I assumed whoever runs this site legally owns the site. They couldn't just steal it, could they?
It's a delicate issue really.
There was a site that was dedicated to some guy's pet that was named after some wrestler (Can't remember if it was a cat or a dog.) and the WWE (I think that's what them wrestlers are called) wanted the site and went to court over it and lost. Who knows. Maybe Blizzard doesn't have rights, does anyone have any knowledge of past legal cases such as this that could be taken into consideration?
just because you think you're cool and got 1xxx posts doesn't mean people know you and that you know anything, at all.
dedicated diablo people usually know who I am, on europe especially.. I dont know why that matters anyways...
also; I dont know where you're from but where I'm from we tolerate some minor bulling against eachother and also sarcasm is a commonly used thing. I think you misunderstood my post. and on top of that everyone has they're own opinion so why flame them for it?
and lastly since I care so much; I know who medieval is, you judging people on postcount is pretty hilarious
I'm sorry if I sound angry or if I offend anyone
Have fun!
That...was uncalled for... Maybe you need to read my posts before replying?
(Side note: I've been playing for years and have never heard of you...)
i can live with not having some extra features and play battle.net for free. but if its like a wow payment then i wouldnt be happy. if its like an xbox live payment. were you can pay 50$ a year. then i might pay. but this would make my life at a high point.
Aye. Fifty dollers a year would be much better then stretched out over the year. (Plus thats alot cheaper then 15 dollers a month. ;))
Though, ask yourself, is it right? These games have always been free to play, is it really right to make them pay to play all of a sudden? Is it?...

MedievalDragon, I think you should start a new thread discussing this. It might make a difference.
W-World of Warcraft!!!??? OH GOD!!! Pay to play sucks!.... Ah well, do you think they will put a charge on Battle.net? I heard those rumors are recirculating since the guys at Blizzard have not decided whether or not to put a monthly/bi-monthly charge on B.net. (and no, I don't have the link, you'll just have to find it yourself.)
You are legally allowed to play online via Battle.net for life when you purchase the game. Therefore, Battle.net will be free forever.
The real question is about this new "Battle.net 2" that is rumored to be "in the works." That could really fuck us over.
Dude, I can forgive you for prefering world of warcraft... I think...
but coming into diablo3.com and talk about "mages" (assuming you mean sorceress :P) and "frost tree" (it scratches my heart to hear that about coldskill-tree)
hehe just kidding
obviously from a diablo freaks perspective you're under an extreme world of warcraft addiction and hence you're corrupt, while we all know diablo>wow, or?
kidding.. again...
or wait, am I?
Lol. He did fuck his wording up badly didn't he?
I almost said to go make an introduction thread but then checked and realized you've been around longer then me.
Side note: Medieval is kinda worshiped around here so you might get flamed for pointing out errors he says.
I like it too, but that's all Blizzard has focused on in the last 8 years. Nothing else.

First announced on May 19, 2007, in Seoul, South Korea,[5][6'] StarCraft II is being developed for concurrent release on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Mac OS X.
Mind you, it takes more then a few days to make a game. (That means that they have been working on SC2 for a while now.)
So yea, they have been focusing on Warcraft and Starcraft.
(Not saying D3 would be bad if it was released, after all, I'm a member of Diablo3.com, just pointing out that your wrong.;))

That's lol worthy.
That was amazing. Fuck, I nearly came to rears.
Scratch that, one came through. He was a great man.

Theesa ftw!
Or is it loss?
*Goes and checks Diablo5.*
Diablo5.com is open.
Mmhmm. Blizzard is too complicated for most people here to understand. There are a few people here that can understand Blizzard...but not many...
As for heresy, let us all go down together! HOORAH!!!
This forum makes me sad... *Randomly tackles someone...*

Aye. It drives me insane. People find one little tiny coincidence and think that that means that Diablo 3 MUST be released on such and such date.
But what do I know.
And what is wrong with Warcraft? I originally got into the Blizzard world because of Warcraft, and still love the franchise.
Bad! No! Evil! Information is not allowed on this forum! How dare you bring thoughtful information onto Diablo3.com!
Lol...
