I'm almost excited for Blizzard to announce something Diablo related and extremely corny, like Hello Diablo Island Adventure or something.
Hehehehe
Butters: I don't play World of Warcraft.
Cartman: Butters you said you're on your computer all the time....
Butters: Ya, but I'm playing Hello Kitty Island Adventures.
Cartman: Butters..., go buy World of Warcraft, install it on your computer, and join the online sensation before we all murder you.
South Park is so funny.

Have you noticed, when watching blizcon t trailer on giga.de is it diablo it self in the last scene?
I don't remember that scene, is it some old one?
... the last scene is an ogre/orc from WOW swinging a club....

What is with these noobies coming in here and saying "Sorry you guys but the secret info. about the new game announcement has been leaked and Blizzard is going to unviel a new WoW expansion at Blizzcon. Guess we are going to have to wait until next year for Diablo 3."
WTF!!! Educate yourself on the subject before you post something stupid. Blizzard is supposed to announce TWO formerly unannounced games at Blizzcon. And yes we have known for some time now that one was going to be another WoW expansion. You would have to be myopic to not be able to see that coming from a mile away!
I remain optomistic. Some information points toward a D3 announcement at Blizzcon and some points away from it. I refuse to just look at the information that denounces the idea as some of you do.
What hope is there if we are not hopeful ourselves?

This also seems possible; that if Blizzard wishes to experiment with a new franchise, then they would simultaneously experiment with it being on a console.
It just seems to me that making any new PC game franchise would resemble another one of Blizzard's already existing franchises and therefore be flawed from the beginning. It would be a better idea to either make a new franchise for a console or extend Wc, Sc, or Diablo gaming onto the console.

at least another game will be announced, so even if it is not diablo III (which im 85% sure of), itll be a new game. Looking at the abilities of Blizzard, i wouldnt mind a new Blizzard game, perhaps itll even be better then diablo (apologies for all who feel offended).
Why a new franchise though? Blizzard has money sitting on the Diablo series.
I would say a new franchise after D3 is released (and I also say that the new franchise will be for a console, not PC.)

Yay!!! Its cool to see you so dedicated to your website, to Diablo 3 (as well as all Blizzard in its entirety), and the members of Diablo3.com. Have fun at Blizzcon and we all hope to celebrate the announcement of Diablo 3 together in the near future. Fingers crossed.
