Whilst my zealer is strictly a pvm, i managed to complete my task with no real difficulties. Quest completed. I will however continue to slay all that stand in the way of SICK until such time i meet thasador on bnet to discuss my success.

Carlos i wouldnt as such suggest actual punches. If you want to show superiority, take him down, and hold him down. Sit on top of him, pin his shoulders down, slap him around a bit. Do it til he stops squirming and ask him if hes done. When he admits defeat, he will never trouble you again.
If however it was a mutual understanding that you were to exchange blows, do it your way. Not his. And as thas said, dont show pain. He will think you cant be beaten.
I agree with lord silver. its a case of whether you want to be fast or strong. depends what your stats are like now. are you currently fast/agile? then do pure strength/building training. are you packing a bit already? then get fast, rocky style. remember one thing tho, this isnt world champship wrestling or boxing, its you wanting to be able to overpower your brother. dont get to serious, but stay focussed. you could do a bit of both and synergise both types of training to get you all around better. but from the way you said it in the beginning sounded like you want pure muscle. if so, go my training. if you want speed, lord silvers wise words are near perfect advice. if you want the best of both words, work it out for yourself. either way decide on what compnents of physical fitness you want to excel in (strength power speed agility flexibility etc) in order to overpower your brother and generally feel like you accommplished a better you.
First of all, you wanna get bigger? Ok. Heavy weights, high sets, low reps. What i mean by that is, use heavy weights that are just past a comfortable weight, do a low number of reps (say 6-10) and a lareg number of sets (10 is good). Do your 6 bench presses, rest for 20-30 seconds, do another 6. Do that 10 times. Whatever, shape it to your liking. Each few weeks continue to increase weight and sets whilst keeping low reps.
On to some more info. If you burn all/any fat you have, you may not be left with much to build on. Working at low intensities, 2/3rds of your energy comes from fat, whilst 1/3rd is from carbohydrates. However, at high intensities, 2/3rds of your energy comes from carbs, whilst 1/3rd is from fat. If you want to do this type of fitness work AND get bigger/do weights, i suggest you hammer it. No walking, no light jogging, no easy bike riding. That will burn more fat, leaving you with not much to build on. Punching bag, sprinting, long distance running, boxing in general. Things that will make you sweat like a bitch, high intensity activities, do them, as they will leave you with more to build on. Having said that, yeh, eat healthy, but keep your carbs up, or you will be burning mostly fat.
Last of all, COMMIT. Dont do what i do and do it for a week and then say ah nevermind. If you need motivation, come see me. Or anyone else in sick/slayers. Or your friends/family....maybe not your brother. I know what it is like to pride yourself on being the elder, the bigger stonger one. My brother may be slightly taller (im 6'3 hes 6'4) but i know im stonger and have alot more muscle. And i know you would like to keep that pride.
I say good luck, and go for it. Follow the basis of what i said, but do your own program, your own stuff. And just remember why your working, what you will get out of it in the end. Thats the reason you wanted to do it in the first place, so let it keep you going and when you start seeing some results you will be pleased.
Yeh lucky i was in slayers before they started the testing. Not sure if i was good enough to be in with that system. But than god im the token idiot of the group and play regularly ;):D. Nowdays thanks to all the slayers my pally is pretty decent.
As for bob101, i suggest you look around for the thread that explains the testing. For starters, get on d2 and start playing with all the slayers.
Fellow slayers i have started my cold sorc as you know. Seeing as you are some of the most wise diablo players around, PLEASE head over to my tread in the d2 lod section of these forums and offer me any advice you can think of. Alternatively, talk to me on d2.
Clay james is a person on the forums who met us when we were rushing the other day. He provided the baal quest for us in nightmare and was very polite and so we let him join the hell rush. His characters name is project pattah - he was once a regular and high achieving diablo player until his account was deleted. He has recently started again and was interested in joining sick. He played well alongside the slayers members that were present at the rush. He said he knew you carloseus. Keep an eye out for him as he seems genuinely interested and seems to have a fair knowledge of the diablo realm. He could be a good addition to sick (not necessarily in slayers) and would play alongside us regularly. Like i said, keep an eye out for him both on the forums and on d2.
Good work today slayers. Alot of us were on d2 at once, purging the evil from the realms. Rushes may have been slow (sorry XD) but we got the job done and i look foward to seeing those charcters in action.
Also look out for pattah. Hes on the forums somewhere (name clay james i think)
was wondering if you blokes could tell me some common times when you are on. it would help alot with the time zones. just tell me what times, days and timezone (ie: gmt+/- #).

Whats up with bnet accounts these days. Im looking to get back into it, i feel like slashing down hordes of enemies, and i got no one to do it with. Have you all changed accounts or something? I get on at least twice a day to check whos on and never anyone. Carloseus? Thas? Ferret? Have you changed your accounts on bnet? Please list your current accounts guys, even if you have more than one. Would be very helpful. Cheers.
lets just put me in inactive reserve. you may see me on, you may not. thankyou for allowing me to have leave carloseus, as i wish to remain in slayers but i must commit fully to my final year, as i only get 1 shot at it and it determines alot for me. but i will be on the forums regularly and bnet occasionaly.
