Well right now it looks like it might just be me running off of my PC and I am not going to be able to run two servers and also be able to work or play games.
Well I am bored beyond belief lately so I will be throwing up a tekkit server. I don't expect to get that many people actively playing though so if anyone just wants to get on and herpderp with me let me know and I'll white-list you. Currently I don't have any plugins to prevent griefing etc, but most of everyone who has shown interest so far I trust and if more than a few people start playing I can search around to get some plugins up and going.
If anyone needs help getting Tekkit set up, it's not hard at all, just shoot me a PM saying you're interested and you'd like to play and we can talk about it more.
I won't grief other players. I'll probably spend my days mining as much shit as I possibly can in a strip mine. I will give away cobblestone, gravel, lapis lazuli and dirt free of charge. Redstone, coal, iron, gold, obsidian, and diamond will be priced.

Just finished my nuclear reactor last night. It was satisfying seeing it up and running. Tralari is doing all the hard work mining though. I'm messing with the machinery.
Sure send me a PM with your MC name and I'll send back the IP/instructions on how to login. You do live in Australia though so not sure how many will be on when you are. It's just me at night usually right now and I need to go to sleep earlier.
Spent three hours last night redirecting the power from the reactor to the new soon to be sorting facility, right now all it does is automatically take your ore, smash it into two dust, cook each dust into a bar and send it into a chest, so it doubles your amount of bars.
It was another persons building on the server. It was actually pretty cool. Unfortunately the servers been shut down for a good 6 months now and no way to go and take more screenshots. It's sad to think now how much I should have captured.
Alright. Dled MC with the technic/tekkit/yogbox thingy and put some x64 PureBDCraft textures on with tekkit blocks too (hopefully) and that MCPatcher thing for compatibility n whatnot. It aint crashing so I guess I did it right

How do I give java more memory anyway? Ive got 4gb on my comp but its like every 30 mins it crashes
My buildings never look good but are always huge... I think I'll work on smaller, better looking ones from now on.
Do you have the 64-bit version of Java? I think that lets it use more memory. If not, there's probably something you can modify to let it use more. Try Google if the 64-bit version thing doesn't work. I'm pretty sure I've seen some way to let it use more memory.
Also try lowering the rendering distance if it's higher than Normal. I play on Normal because anything above that crashes, despite having a pretty decent computer.
