Nice!!!
Though D was the last of the Horadrim, so if a specific spellcaster is what you were looking for, then a better class would be the Vizjerei.
Here's the dude:
D3 should be black sorceror and white paladin this time. Make them have big beards and moustaches Bliz!!!

The Barbarian is from Arreat, a very cold snowy mountain top, but they are much tougher than normal humans, so they don't need warmth.

Where are Barbarians originally from? Sumeria, or more specifically Mesopotamia, AKA Europe. Think the Alps and the Pyrenees
correct me if I'm right... but the Vizjerei clan is more into pure magic attacks, not elemental magics like the sorc of D2.
I would actually like to see a mix of both.... Like, the offspring of both, where the offspring will have both elemental magics and pure magic skills ... now that would be kick ass.
It could be put in the lore pretty easily too, they could say that these guys where the origin of both the Vizjerei and the female clan (forgot what they where called -_-") but the clan has some trivial dispute and got broken up into 2 groups, but a few stayed in the original group and lthe reason why they didnt play a big role in the first two games is because there was far too few people left who stayed and they were too busy worrying about the survival of their own clan.

And now that they have inseminated enough virgins they may join the battle against diablo!
But really, it's actually not a bad idea. Kudos to you.

Oh man, just the name of your topic made me crack up... LOL, i actually had a dream that i was playing diablo 3.. There was 7 acts. 8 Quests for each act. The quest page was all fiery and bloody... lol.. yea that was my dream.
for elemental spells they had the druid. I dont want to see the sorc with elemental attacks, but with magic like fire that type of thing
correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't fire part of the elemental attacks?
arn't the 5 basic elemental magics include FIRE, WATER(+ICE), EARTH, WIND, LIGHTNING?
arn't all elemental magics composed by these basic elements?
that would make the sorc in diablo2 a pure elementalist.
she has only few unelemental magics she could cast - telekinesis, mana shield, and maybe some more that i can't think of right now...
I don't care what they call it as long as the character doesn't wield sprinkle care bear magic, not sure why that trend ever started in the first place.

i had a dream about the classes the day before this thread was posted, but two of them didn't even look human. It was called a Hoarbore or something. It was badass.
