Minotaur as a monster, possibly a beefed up version of a Goat man. sure why the hell not.
Playable class, No. Oh god no. I love the fact that Diablo has only human playable classes/characters. It's a rare thing to see something unique in a genre filled with blandness and stereotypes and constant coping of one another.
I am struggling to think if 3 medieval fantasy Action/Adventure, Hack and Slash or RPGs with only human characters.

Isn't that a regular enemy in all 3 Diablo's? You know, the weak half-beast demons that you kill hordes of, all the time. I believe they're called "khazra" in Diablo and are very in-capable.
I personally like how the WD made them fight each-other then blew them to bits with firebomb.

I believe Greyhawk campaign setting way, way back in the day was human only, too. Correct me if I'm wrong there.
As a monster you can kill, yes, but not as playable class. Keep WoW and Diablo separate.

From that we can assume that Tauren = Minotaur.

Taurens, Goatmen (Clans), and Minotaurs are not the same thing.

You did not give any info on what skills would this class have, and I am having trouble imagining. All I can think of is a barbarian-style class.

MinoTAUR. TAURen. minoTAURen. It's the same thing -- they just changed the name to "Blizzify" it.
Besides, there are no "minotaurs" in the Warcraft universe, only Tauren.
