If Deckard is Leah's Uncle, and Adria is Leah's Mother, with no details on the father. Does this mean that Adria is Deckard's Sister? Could they have possibly committed incest, and noone wants to talk about it?

Her father is the dark wanderer from the second game, IE the Barbarian from the first game. And Deckard isn't her blood uncle from my understanding, he's like that friend of the family that your parents told you was your uncle type of thing.

I never played D1 was it the barbarian that became the dark wanderer? Cause i always thought the dark wanderer was supposed to represented by whoever you beat the game out of the 3 characters in D1. I played zonz all the time so i always told myself my zon was the descendant of the rogue that killed diablo and that diablo made her really ugly in the D2 cinematics... hey imagination is part of my gaming experience.

Sorry if no one credited your incest hypothesis. We'll try harder next time to get you nice and excited!

The Dark Wanderer was actually Aidan? I forget his name, but King Leoric's son. Which also happens to be Leah's father. Bing bang boom, we've come full circle.

The Warrior went insane, drove Diablo's soulstone into his forehead, and became the Dark Wanderer (presumably after he fathered Leah).
The Rogue became a high-standing member of Kashya's rogues, but fell in the attack on Tristram and was resurrected by Andariel and became Blood Raven.
The Sorcerer I'm less knowledgeable about, but apparently he turns up as the The Summoner, the guy who is residing in the Arcane Sanctuary.
Aiden is Leahs father aka the son of king leoric aka the warrior from D1 aka the dark wanderer from D2. Aiden slept with Adriea and left soon after. Leah was born, Adriea died somehow, not explained, Deckard had to have known something about what happened between those two and took Leah in and raised her as his niece. Leah was concieved after Aiden slamed the soulstone into his head. so much speculation that Leah is connected to Diablo in some way because of it.
Zealot, I don't know where you got that information about Aiden, if it's in a lore book in Diablo 1 or in the novels, I've never seen it or heard that.
The warrior from Diablo 1 is the Dark Wanderer. Over the some 20 years between Diablo 1 and Diablo 2, the Dark Wanderer had become more possessed and his frame became smaller, complexion more pale, and his social attitude became more and more isolated due to the Soulstone. That is theory one which is very supported.
The other theory is that the Dark Waderer is Baal from Act V. Through the timeline of cinematic events, Baal's journey supports the visuals of the Dark Wanderer. It also would explain why they didn't name the character because then they would be giving up information for the expansion pack.
Also, for the sorcerer, the playable character from Diablo 1, they used the model for the character of Horizon, also known as the Summoner. The Warlord of Blood from Diablo 1, his name is Bartuc. He is the brother of Horizon.
The rogue makes a cameo as well as the hireling in Act 1.
Anyone wanting information on Bartuc should read the book "Legacy of Blood". The books tell a great deal about the lore of Sanctuary.
The dark wanderer cannot be Bael as it is the dark wanderer who frees him.
From everything said in the beta so far through the lore books that drop, Aiden is Leahs father (who was also the warrior in D1). This association never existed before D3 (the warrior to aiden).

All of that is wrong. It was told at Blizzcon that the Dark Wanderer was Aidan and that the Hero of D1 was him also. And it wasn't even a year in between D1 and D2. That is the gap between D2 and D3. And if you played D2 at all, it shows the Dark Wanderer rescueing Baal from Tal'Rasha's tomb. And the sorcerer from D1 is the Summoner. Horizon died before we made it to the Arcane Sanctuary and the Sorcerer was disguised as him in order to kill those trying to stop the Dark Wanderer. The rogue is also thought to be Blood Raven.

...Who thinks this? The cinematics in D2 explicitly say that Baal's soul and soulstone were locked within Tal Rasha, and the Dark Wanderer travels to free him. The scene with Mephisto, Tal Rasha, and the Dark Wanderer opening the gate to hell actually show the Dark Wanderer transform into Diablo.
speaking of all these characters from D1, wonder if we'll see some of the toons from D2? It can already be said that the D2 necro is Jondar, so maybe we will see the amazon, sin, sorc, druid and pally. And since they scrapped the idea of the D2 barb = the D3 barb, we might see him to somewhere.
I dont see the necro as Jondar. If anything its the paladin. Remember that Jondar was a member of the order who fell, necros are just necros and have their own stuff to deal with.

I don't think that Jondar is the Necro from D2. What we know of the D2 Necro is that he was a Necro for a while. Jondar though was a templar and than recently betrayed the templars and became a necromancer. But I could be wrong. And I expect we see the sorceress and assassin when we are in Act 2.

According to the books (not just the ones that have been written lately) such as the Dark Exile, Aiden was kidnapped. You even see Diablo fizzle back to Aidens body after killing him in the first game. Also, I still play Diablo 1 on a pretty regular basis, as well as Diablo 2 with the exp pack. My point is, Aiden was supposed to be a child when you kill Diablo, so how does that work when you have a witch that is supposed to be old as dirt. I mean, did she, being 50, screw some 10 year old?
Also, Blizzard twisting and changing the story to suit your needs, but it still needs to be in the same context. Some of us have been reading these books like the Sin War Trilogy (which I know has no bearing whatsoever since it's before all these events). Also, according to many timelines that you will find on-line, Diablo 2 was supposed be 20 years after the fact, not 1 year. Also, the latest book, the Book of Cain isn't not a book that I currently own, but hopefully soon.
As far as what has changed, I can't tell you, I'm not in beta even though I've been playing since the launch of first game. If Blizzard changed the story of Diablo 3, that would be a real shame.
At least they brought Lachdanan back, hopefully in a fuller capacity.
Edited to specify who was twisting the story, making sure that no one thinks that I'm attacking them.
Aidan is Albrecht's older brother isn't he? So no, Aidan is not a 10 year old sleeping with Adria lol
I thought D2 Was 20 years after D1, That's Why Tristram is burnt to the ground ?.. or did it burn to the ground shortly after Aidan left with the soulstone in his noggin ?

In order for the story in D3 to make any kind of sense Blizzard had to change a few things about the first 2 games.
...Who thinks this? The cinematics in D2 explicitly say that Baal's soul and soulstone were locked within Tal Rasha, and the Dark Wanderer travels to free him. The scene with Mephisto, Tal Rasha, and the Dark Wanderer opening the gate to hell actually show the Dark Wanderer transform into Diablo.
