As initiator of this thread....I say speculation of this Angel starts........NOW!!!! Who is it??? Leave your thoughts... I wonder if he is mentioned in any lore...data mining anyone??

Oh it's ok. It's clearly a normal angel. Who is it? WE don't know. Since he is in the cutscene, i belive we will meet him. But he will get killed. CG trailers tell many things about the game.

As I said, some unnamed angel, either a soldier or a captian, lieutenant whatever. Obviously we will meet him in-game as an NPC, since he has a portrait icon as well.

I was wondering if those with the 4 lords of sin, and the other three being on sanctuary already (Gluttony,Lust and Greed)
I personnally think it is just a normal angel soldier like any normal nephalem soldier we see throughout the game.
Nephalem soldiers has all the same face with diffrent gear "see the portraits".

In the cinematic you can see hundreds of normal angels coming down to fight, the cinematic focuses on the main characters, the archangels, but they just added a normal fighter to explain the fact that all those angels coming down were not all archangels.
