It's a firewall in the program, it stops it for some reason, and the "Allow list" is protected by a password, and we don;t know the password... Plus, the router isn't on my computer, it's on my parents computer downstairs, so no messing with it...
Our situation is worse. We live in another guy's house, and he has the control of the router... so it's a pain to adjust it... like, we had to install a wireless extender because the walls are all very thick, so we had to bother the home owner all the time...
