If you see a bonus (particularly on legendaries) that is different at 70 than the range I've given, let me know. I suspect some of these items have a smaller range
listed in the Blizz database because they are low level legendaries, and the +%dmg range may actually increase when those items are rolled with lvl 70 stats. If people
have some of these legendaries, they can check the ranges by holding down Ctrl. I have very few of them, so I could not check these things. Also, this list does not
include pre-2.0 items (hopefully).
My goal here was to say i.e. "I want to run a Frozen Orb build, what is the best % dmg boost I can get in each slot?". 15 to orb in helm, 15 to cold in amulet, nothing
in shoulders but maybe I could run Blizzard, 15 cold from Frostburns on hands, 15 to Blizzard on chest, 15 cold on bracers, 20 cold on SOJ, nothing on belt/pants, 15 to
orb on boots, 20 to cold on Lidless Wall or 15 to orb on source, 20 to cold on Azurewrath. All told, +85% cold, +45% to orb, +30% to Blizzard.
Pietrak was also kind enough to remake this as a google spreadsheet , for those that wish to view it that way. It has filters, which you can
use if you make a copy of it. I am keeping the google doc updated as I make updates to this page. Updated: 4/26/2014

For the legendaries you can browse the game guide. Not sure if they're done updating though. Most websites haven't been updated for 2.0.1 yet, which is mainly because they're all drawing their insights from the official D3 API, and it's just not updated yet, still many bugs as you can see when you visit the armory.
I doubt that any website will have a completely correct set of information about all items before RoS, and once RoS hits they all have to udpate again, so for now I think there's no "one source" to get it all at once. Might have to wait until early April, when the dust of news has settled, all bugs have been fixed, and everything is up-to-date and correct.
I do not have a list or confirmation, but from my play experience (as a wizard) you'll find elemental damage on gear. Such as Fire/ice/Poison/Arcane/Lightening skills dealing +15% damage. There are also spells that increase their damage, such affixes I found were + damage to Electrocute, Arcane Orb, Disintegrate, Blizzard, Hyrda, Spec Blade, Meteor, Familiar, and I'm most likely missing more. But i know all those affixes have dropped for me.
Primary spells ("generators"): pants (I'm sure there's a second one, but can't remember it).
Boots, belt, helmet, chest armor, off-hand, and shoulders can roll skill damage bonus (non-primary skills), and I have yet to see a comprehensive list for each class+skills, but it's usually a set of 4-7 spells per slot per class that can potentially roll, and usually no skill can be buffed by more than two (not sure, can someone confirm this) slots.
No, my question is if a single spell can be buffed on three slots. For example, Blizzard damage bonus can roll on chest and shoulders, Wave of Force on boots and helmet, Meteor on orb and... no idea what else. But are there any triple-buffs for spells, i.e., three slots that can roll that bonus?
Anyways, all this is a pain in the ass to find out now, but super easy come RoS (just ask the Mystic, she'll show you all the stats). :-)

My rare shoulders, off the top of my head, I know it has + familiar damage, and also rolled + change for area damage
I think this would actually be more useful in a different format, where it was organized by skill and showed what you could get in each slot, i.e.
Whirlwind/HotA
- Overpower/Revenge
- 15% shoulders
- etc..
15% boots
- 15% helm
That one has 18% cold
