To whom it may concern. Ive been "rubberbanding" for months now and its starting to get very annoying. It is nearly impossible to play my WW barb or tempest rush monk without smashing my face on my keyboard. I started noticing rubberbands a few months ago but they happened few and far between. Now I notice them way more often I get about 10-15 rubberbands a day and they seem to come WAY more often. Im sure you guys are aware of the issue but cmon its been happening way too long and has almost made me uninstall the game because of it.
This may not be deemed "constructive" but people have been complaining since day 1 and it hasn't been fixed and likely will never be fixed. If it's to the point you want to rage quit I recommend using a different class till the issue is improved or till you get fed up on how underpowered the other classes compared to barbs and deal with the rubberbanding for easy faceroll times.

The "please fix" part of your thread makes it seem like you're directing a message to someone. I believe it is to the developers/Blizzard.
Posting on their official forums (maybe on the bug section) wields a better chance for the feedback to be read. And opening a Support ticket will probably get you some more concrete help (they'll probably ask for info on your internet connection and firewall, things like that).
I'm going to be honest with you, though. The rubberbanding problems I had in the past (the reason why I never touched WWBarb for the first 6 months of the game) were related to my ISP, my Signal to Noise ratio was 3-6, and as soon as I changed it the problem stopped.
I mean, it could very well be an issue with their coding (network) or a problem with their servers (not discarding that), but in my specific case it was a problem on my end.
