That monster is completely normal for a Diablo game...

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able, and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God. -Epicurus-Athiests- Winning since 33 A.D
A large, thickly muscled and leather-masked cultist draped a black, eyeless hood over the victim's head before pulling a foot-long spike from his sash. My mind searched for any possible use for this cursed nail when I noticed the immense stygian hammer grasped in his other hand. With one swift motion, he raised it above his head and drove the spike into the supplicant's back with fierce intensity. I almost screamed... but the victim made no sound.
As another spike was readied, I knew I could watch no more. I trembled with the thought of those nails being driven into me should I be caught. I averted my gaze as I heard the revolting squish of another spike sunk into willing flesh. My eyes fell on the robe of the lead cultist. The intricate runes woven into his robe undulated and swirled in sickening movement. As I watched, horrified, I could feel my sanity crumbling away. I began to back away from the wicked tableau, forcing myself to move slowly while my mind screamed for me to flee with abandon. When I could contain myself no longer, I broke into a full run, not caring what sound I made. I ran until I collapsed. And then, as soon as I was able, I staggered to my feet and ran some more.
So those "Teeth of Diablo" must be some kind of demonic conduit which allows someone to be possessed more easily and to a greater extent.
What's cool about this conceptual picture, is it looks really how a possessed person should. Cause whatever the shape of the demon entity, it doesn't fit perfectly into its host, so it's like putting on an outfit that doesn't fit you and you make your own arm and neckholes and it fits all awkwardly around you. Definitely what we're seeing here.

Agreed.
They should add a few more.

Watching 240 guys talk trash about cavaliers is like two retards having a slapfight over a sippy cup.
I think it makes the being look more ghastly, demonic, and terrifying. I mean, if the head was in a normal position it would look like anymore normal demon, but it gives a off a sense of imperfection even in the realm of demons. And if you look at the notes it says that the head moves around in an uncontrollable fashion.
On a side note, it's arms look like something from Akira.
It's pretty sick and twisted. Imagine that thing next to your bed at night.

Walk tall, kick ass, learn to speak Arabic, love music and never forget you come from a long line of truth seekers, lovers and warriors.

It could be something used to give it its demonic powers or a side effect of said power.
Yeah, whatever they are, they obviously enchanted with something that makes it act like a conduit. I suspect these Teeth of Diablo are given to the cultists for sacrificing themselves with.
so the monsters look creepy(at least to the rest of you) but what about the soundtrack? Is there a soundtrack available or some sample music somewhere to listen to it... Half the fun of games i think are turning out all the lights and getting creeped out. let me know...

"What is the use of complaining about something we know very little of?"

Edit - Hmmm, I thought the pic was of something else, so the link I posted to the other thread doesn't apply.
The cultist excerpt from the site explains how they're created.

Same. Glad to see in a world with so much demonic influence people are being possessed more, even if they're willing cultists.
