Welcome to my Set Dungeons Build Guides and Videos!
You can find general information and Set Dungeon guides for the other classes at my Set Dungeon Thread.
This thread lists the builds for each Demon Hunter Set Dungeon and associated Mastery requirements, and each build has an attached Video of the Mastery clear. I found most of these to be really simple, the most time consuming Set Dungeon for Demon Hunters being the Unhallowed Essence Set Dungeon, due to fact that you need to get monsters to cluster up so you can hit 20 of them with a single multishot, 6 times.
Difficulty - Easiest to Hardest based on my own experiences (your own attempts may vary!)
Natalyas
Shadow
Marauders
Unhallowed Essence
If you have any questions, feel free to comment here or in the build guides themselves.
Having huge problems grouping 20 enemies for Unhallowed Essence. They either die if I look at them or move so slow they practically refuse to cluster. Advice to fellow DHs:, remove every single source of passive damage. Wolf, vault (cinders) and follower. Otherwise the mobs will just explode as you run past.
Yeah removing passive damage is pretty much what I did as well. In the notes on the build for the Unhallowed Essence Set dungeon, I go over some other tips like restarting the dungeon if you don't get the multishots early.
The monsters spawn in random locations so you want the ideal spawns in the big open areas so the monsters cluster more easily. I didn't need to do this, but I was thinking that you could not use Yang's Recurve, with a slower attack animation, you might be able to move forwards/vault forwards to hit more monsters as well.
I run Marauders and I got everything - except for the final objective that involves throwing up 40 more enemies after I finished the thing within the time limit. It's rough.
I've only done two tries (The first was a colossal failure) so maybe it's just a matter of practice.
Do you mean just killing the extra monsters to get the mastery achievement for the Marauders Set Dungeon?
I'd suggest to use vault more often and/or change one or two of the passives to a movement speed passive like Hot Pursuit of Tactical Advantage.
Cluster Arrow should auto-target all the monsters apart from the Burrowers, so you should be able to shoot one or two cluster arrows then just move up. Try to follow the path I took in the video as well so you don't overlap and backtrack too much.
I was requested by people to recommend the easiest Set Dungeons to do, especially for the Seasonal Journey, so I've gone through each of the classes and ranked them based on my own personal experience. Note that depending on how comfortable you are with the class and set, as well as gear and RNG in the Set Dungeons, your experiences may vary!
Unfortunately the rockworm spawns in the Marauders Set Dungeon appear to be random, unlikely the Tal Rashas Set Dungeon, so you can't predict where they will come out from. But you're correct, you just have to be constantly on the move/vaulting, you can't stand in one spot for too long in the Marauders Set Dungeon.
OP said I should freely add my videos to the bunch (I mastered all set dungeons), so for any of you interested in seeing another view on how to solve the set dungeons look at my contribution. Short explanations in video descriptions itself.
So if you're playing this on Xbox one instead how do you equip both Strafe and RoV? It will only let me equip one or the other. So far every guide i've seen has been played on PC where you are able to equip both. Please and thanks
No problems at all, it's one of the things you don't realise when you first start playing Diablo 3, whether you're on PC or console! I just did a quick Google and it seemed to confirm that 'Elective Mode' is available on console, so you should be able to locate it in the game options!
For players who are unable to select certain skills for their slots, you will need to enable 'Elective Mode' by going to the Game Menu (pressing Escape), clicking the Options tab, clicking the Gameplay tab, then under 'Interface' you need to tick the 'Elective Mode' option. This allows you to pick any and all skills (with some special exceptions) for your Left Click, Right Click, and Slots 1-4.

Got no time to wait for them to cluster....

Its just ridiculous. With the marauder dungeon the worms just spawn below you, DONE, repeat. Crap game.

Great tip, I'll update the build guide with your suggestion!

Oh! Cool thanks very much for that
