But still, Street Fighter is an all time favorite, it just pwns and it requires alot of skill if you actually want to be good at it.
Sure... except that SF4 is not different anymore? They ruined it with this one.
The new characters in SSF4 also have no balance whatsoever, some completely non-sensical broken combos already exist for some and Adon I was told was pretty much worthless crap, with frame disadvantage on hit and crouching dodges one of his super/ultra.
Game brings characters from SF3 as well. Anyway, its SF4, its worthless, that doesn't really change.
They brought 10? new characters, I think only two of them were completely new.. the rest were rollbacks.
Did anyone actually play this yet and can confirm the differences between balance from this and 4?
The 8 old characters are all for fans of the game, many are happy to see their favourites return.
AFAIK, Super SF4 should be more balanced than SF4. In high level play, SF4 was regarded as quite balanced anyway. For example, Sagat was well known as a "broken" top tier character that is highly represented but would rarely be the winner in tournaments. They have made adjustments to characters all across the board to bring all the tiers of characters closer together.
The game will get old fast if you're playing it casually here and there with some mates or vs the CPU, but if you're striving to become a better player and want to know the ins and outs of your character, there is loads of fun to be had with the game. SSF4 will give you great value in terms of re-playability once you are competitive.

Apparently, there are some new modes like bonus stages. And something like 6 new fighters. I dont know, doesnt look so promising.

Unlike Tekken where a 6 year old could beat anyone if he mashed the buttons right.
Lol DeeJay, TiHawk, Guy, Adon, Cody... these are all from older sf's.
