As there has been a recent influx of news lately, our buddy Force has gone ahead and posted a new video of his Purgatory series. This recent video covers the following topics:
As you've noticed, above are links to our articles as well. If you just want a quick rundown on things, check out the video below. For more information on each topic, click on the links above.
How can you not mention that the "technically complete" was a horrible english-french-english mishmash?
The legitimacy of the "technically complete" comment has been proven by many of our French-speaking users.
Do you think that Blizzard just plugged in what they were going to say into Google Translate and just said, "okay, this is good?"
I am willing to put money on the idea that they had a corporate translator who rewrote their comments in French. Blizzard is crafty, but they aren't stupid. They're not going to disrespect their French followers by doing a half-assed translation via Google Translate.

I guess this serves a purpose for those who are curious about the game but are illiterate.

Hey!
First off thanks for watching the video, I appreciate your support as well as your input.
You may or may not know but different people get their news / information from various sources. When an individual is looking something up, they typically have their own personal go-to place. Specific examples would be any of the various search engines: Yahoo, Google, YouTube, etc etc. Being that YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world, having video content available is not only a good idea, but makes plain old business sense. On top of that there are many people out there who would prefer to watch and listen, then to read. Different strokes for different folks.
I am a professional SC2 commentator and make a living off the videos I produce on YouTube, so I can tell you for certain that there is a large market for video content, and it isn't just for the 'illiterate'.
Lots of good, solid news spewing from Blizzard regarding Diablo III lately. I wonder when they're going to let the cat out of the bag (official beta announcement).
If I don't get opted-in right away like I did with StarCraft II last year, I'll be a sad panda. I wasn't even that huge of a StarCraft fan, but I played the hell out of the beta. I can only imagine what the Diablo III beta would do to me.
It would probably be healthier if I was never chosen to play.
I opted in a couple hours ago. I don't expect to get chosen, but I feel like I could because I think I have a pretty good rig.
And nice video, Force. It was nice having all that information there so it was easier to understand / comprehend. I get tired of walls of text sometimes.

Most people do, which is another great reason why we've teamed up with Force, :). Though, once Beta comes, things will change a bit as far as news goes.
