I played ESO pretty heavily for the last year and have left because Zenimax and find myself wanting to play Diablo as competitively as allowed on console.
I'm on week two of gameplay with my monk and currently farming T5 rifts. When I go over that I get to the boss in around 3 mins but get two shot by them.
Im using the shield ability that makes you immune for 4 secs and I can keep it up about 33% of the time with my cooldown reduction stats.
Ive been using gold wrap, avarice and hoarder setup in neph rifts but that doesn't work in GF as no gold drops even with the gem at level 25.
Any ideas for damage reduction preferrably on the belt or head or shoulders please??
Try not to abbreviate gear names please, it's making it hard to study! Haha.
Unity is a must in every build, if you are punching in a melee then spirit guards are good and Le Sol with cyclone strike for other types of offensive options, also try to have about 1700 of each type of resistance.
You can also run CS: Wall of Wind for additional protection. Wall of Wind will only mitigate damage in that you're freezing mobs...and though it has a lower pull range, it can help to circumvent some of the problems you are facing.

Dashing Strike reduces your damage taken by 40–50% for 6 seconds.
plus Dashing Strike > Blinding Speed rune gives 40% increased chance to Dodge for 4 seconds after using Dashing Strike.
