Hey guys, today I show a G65+ group heal Monk build I'm using for farming paragon levels, while wearing full XP gear. It's ideal for mid-upper 60's, as it relies on having very high passive life per second (over 1 million for yourself, about half for the group), all while wearing full XP gear - Hellfire ring, Cain's set, Born's set, Leoric's ring, and Leoric's crown if you want to drop Illusory boots in the cube (I don't). You'll have ~50% CDR so permanent Inner Sanctuary is not an option, relegating it to sub-70 speed farming.
2/3 gems are set in stone, but Bane of the Trapped is interchangeable with Gogok of Swiftness if you want more CDR but less reliable debuff for the group. You could theoretically drop Esoteric Alteration, but I find it very helpful for damage mitigation since you're not using Epiphany. From my experience G65 with everyone around P700-900 is the sweet spot, as G60 is about half the XP and G70 requires a different build (your Barb/Monk DPS will get 1-shot too often).
I go over the skills, paragon allocation, gear/stat prioritization on various slots, a few alternatives, and more. Enjoy, discuss, and be on the lookout for a gameplay sample!
Thanks for the feedback. I made a single adjustment so far (dropped BotT for Toxin), but I'm still having a hard time giving up Illusory boots given that this particular build only has ~50% CDR, so you can't DS that much. I'd never use Ice Climbers, there are much better armor options (none of which you can use because you need others, like Nems + Strongarms). I think it really comes down to Illusory vs. Leoric's. Haven't thought about Moratorium, will consider it though! It's like the least used gem ever. I was thinking of actually dropping Vigilance for Blood Brother - extra block/damage reduction on block is helpful, especially since I have a GG Critereon and may be dropping Stormshield for it.
Hexers - what do you think of SS vs. Critereon? My Critereon also has 7% melee DR as secondary AND rolled 11% block naturally, so with Blood Brother I'd be over 50% block chance.
Personally I prefer Leorics> Illusory Boot for speeds as I can actually keep up with my group very easily as long as I'm not goofing around. My buddies and I have experiemented using Flying Dragon, Vigilance, Wall of Man, etc. for cubed item and I've found that running the generator build for both EXP runs + pushing high grifts is better and much simplier and also MORE overall damage for the group as you're procing (1 Overwhelming Desire (Every attack has a change to proc it I believe, and put together with flying dragon and Crippling Wave - Breaking Wave it adds onto the damage, like 30% for amulet, 10% for Breaking Wave (procs more with Flying Dragon).
Personally I have Flying Dragon, Leorics, and RRoG in the Cube for speed EXP runs.
I've found that running Obsidian Ring > Leorics Signet makes it so I can have PERMANENT Epiphany for survival and Spirit Generation to mitigate the Spirit Drain from Manta of Healing.
I don't use Dashing Strike as it severely cripples this build and makes survival not very easy to certain affixes.
Using epiphany I can teleport to mobs using Crippling Wave OR Cyclone Strike and it makes grouping easier.
You can check my gameplay on my youtube videos which are in my signature, I think I have a unique style of play that not many can replicate. I was taught my monk build by a clannie of mine and I've since then added/tweaked with skills for my liking as I have pretty GG gear.
I run with like 800k - 1.2m LPS with experience gear on.
Inner Sanctuary can pretty much be spammed NON-STOP even though it's a 6 - 7 second cooldown with 61% CDR due to having Obsidian Ring and every hit has a chance to reduce the cooldown.
In my gameplay what I do is spam Cyclone Strike to drop cooldown on Inner Sanctuary that way it's PERMANENT even without 75% CDR.
As for the question regarding Nemesis Bracers, I prefer the ZDPS WD/ZDPS Sader to run them so I don't have to drop strongarms 30% Damage buff.
As you can see I have secondary resists rolled on ALL my gear as it gives 40% to All Resistance due to the Harmony passive.
I used to use a Ancient Hellfire Amulet with Vitality, CDR, LPS with Secondary Resist and Socket w/ Unity Passive, but I've found the Overwhelming Desire to be better with this build.
You can also tweak this build in non-EXPERIENCE gear to run 80+ Greater Rifts with as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
EDIT: Sorry for the whole wall of text, I'm in class. I'll try to format it.
EDIT2: I noticed I forgot to respond to your question regarding SS/Critereon, I haven't personally tried them because I don't really need the block chance with nearly 3k All Resistances. I do fine staying alive even in the biggest of server lags due to my timing (sometimes they don't register due to lag)
EDIT3: Lbtamia mentions mallet lords, I normally don't have problems with mallet lords as we ALWAYS skip them, but when they aren't skipable I can still stay alive due to resists, block chance, 1.9m life, etc.
EDIT4: Dropping stormshield is not even an option, you will get owned. Mine reduces damage from melee attacks by 28%, which is a METRIC SHIT TON (refer to the mallet lords).
I also assume you could drop efficacious toxin for something else, but then again, that's damage loss for the party.
The higher leveled your Gizzard is, the more LPS you have.
Interesting variations here. I may experiment with a different generator for debuff. I have dropped BotT for Toxin for the debuff, I feel it's a bit better than Iceblink due to longer duration and 'instant' tagging, particularly if you have any mount of thorns as a secondary. I just can't give up Illusory though, but I may drop Vigilance for Dragon or something else, maybe even a shield or TF. Been toying around with dropping SS for a GG Coven's I found along with Blood Brother (like 70%-ish DR on blocked attacks, over 50% block chance, works with everything), but it's RNG dependent. I don't use NDE so there's that. Not sure how you get 1.2m LPS, that's pretty insane unless you have a high ranked Gizzard (80+). I'm at 1.02m LPS right now with a 69 Gizzard and LPS on every slot (all Ancient gear).
I am at work and I can' see the video, so sorry for the hijack (and for my English). I have just started with the Quin heal monk build, and I want to change the vigilance in cube (I have near perma Inner Sancturay). What do you think? Is Eun-Jang-do the best alternative?
With Laws of Seph, I see. I just meant passive 'always on' LPS. Using LoS means you drop either Leoric's or Illusory. I think 1.1m passive is a 'soft' cap for most, considering you'd probably need ~rank 85 gem for that, if not higher.
I do just fine in groups to be honest, haven't been 'kicked for low cdr' once. I explain that I'm wearing full XP gear and people catch on. It's usually a mismatch in paragon that causes deaths in group from my experience. I'm bumping up to speed 67-68 now and an effective group is all P800+. Get a P600 in there and they're likely to die repeatedly.

You should give this heal monk variant a try too: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Hexers-1973/hero/59245061
The majority of it is interchangeable for 2 man 74+ (exp gear removed and cube switched).
I believe I sit at 61% CDR and I can perma-IS + Shroud due to dropping leorics signet for Obsidian.
We can avg 200 - 300b exp/hour speeds depending on group comp/downtime/breaks/rift rng.

I am wondering how you can manage with such a low cdr.
I've seen monk being kicked out of party for that cdr.
All the monk deaths i've seen so far 65-70's speeds are due to low cdr.
