Cant remember other great DOS games atm, however i remember booting win95 with a dos floopy a lot to play some games.
I still remember commander Keen 6. At startup it would show a picture of an enemy. If you named it correctly, you could play. If you didn't, bad luck. We also had this pile of paper with all the enemies and their names.
Did anyone else play "One Must Fall 2097"? I heard the newer One Must Fall:Battlegrounds sucked...
But, One Must Fall 2097 was epic. You can download free as freeware, the full version of the original game, as freeware, that is so sweet! I so reccomend it, you wont regret it, and it's like 7 megabytes, so small! It holds up as one of the best fighting games I've ever played, seriously. Very versatile character, levels and gameplay. So sweet...
