Shoot anyway, I still play Heroes of might and magic III !
Edit: Anyone here play COD 4? Worth picking up? I played the game already but I couldn't get into the multiplayer (it was my friend's game with a fake CD-Key)
Every time I read PC Power Play there is a write up on a new MMO. Even if it looks like shit.
Guitar Hero things on every console.
Guitar Hero: PS2/3
Lips: 360

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
Lol Elfen! The MMO's are flooding the market because of the World Of Warcraft phenomenon and it's incredible money collecting ability :). I mean it's easy to make and the formula has already been set by blizzard, just like when diablo 2 came out and other games tried to copy the recipe. I personally think it's sad but he, people seem to like it that way :D. Anyway lets just hope D3 sets the new standards for all the future Hack'n slash games !
Thanx Môjo, I'll look into it. I only find it quite costy for a 1 year hold game. I mean, 49,99 at futureshop is pretty high for a semi old game.
im looking for a new pc game too. Football manager got to hard...i need a game thats easy on laptops (controls/system reqs) and one not so old it cant run on vista, like how starcraft refuses to.
CoD4 is really fun multiplayer i havent played single but i heard its good.
kMMOs suck.
i wanna try the new fifa or pes but i need to buy a 50$ controller for my pc and thats not really worth it if my laptop cant handle the graphics
you should try sports games, theyre fun. NHL 09 is a blast, as is winning eleven pes or fifa.

I've never understood the appeal of sports games. And I actually like sports in real life, but they make like a new Madden game every year. Are people really impressed by these games?
I was playing this Tiger Woods golf game on the 360 once and I hated it cause there's just no way to tell based on your controls how you are gonna hit the ball. And then sometimes I swear the computer would just force my ball into the hole no matter what I did with my controller and I was like...okay.

i get what you mean, but theres a fine line between realism and difficulty.
sports games are basically multiplayer fun and replayability for me.
i just cant get into kmmos and jrpgs

I like most type of video games except sports games. With of course the exceptions of Nintendo's Blades of Steel and Double Dribble.
korean mmos. theyre a dime a dozen. and they all start out decent, but then you realise its all the same formula of grind and quest. the only diff is sprites or gameplay. they all become cookie cutter after 2 hours of gameplay. and never any updates or worthwhile patches.
i really need a game to trash time with. is sins of a solar empire any good? it looks like star wars

Ah, those. Yeah I hate those. I tried playing one or two.
I'm still rather into RPGs lately though. I've been pretty burned out on straightforward FPS games. I'm almost fnished with Fallout 2 and am currently downloading Fallout Tactics.
RPG's have always been my preferred genre. Not necessarily due to the genre itself, but to the general tendency of that genre being of higher quality.
i like rpgs sometimes. like pokeman. but final fantasy never really got to me. something about limited tactics and problem solving and having almost no freedom while watching very cliche heros...the story though, is almost always gold. i heard tales of symphonia was a good rpg game.
seriously though, i dont think any fallout will run on my laptop, the older ones arnt vista compatable and the new seems way to advanced for my graphics...:(
