Fate is without a doubt one of my favorite Diablo clones out there. It's pretty much EXACTLY like Diablo except it has kiddie graphics (which i here is REAL popular right now... lol) and you have a pet. The pet thing's cool cuz it can take stuff back to town and sell stuff for you then come right back to aid in fighting, plus it acts as an extra inventory. It has a ranking system (called fame) and is similar to Diablo 1 as you descend into a dungeon until the final boss. It may not be something that you can get seriously wrapped up in like Diablo, but it is an extraordinally fun and addicting game nonetheless.
