I use uTorrent. I was using BitTornado before, and after I got uTorrent, it all became a lot faster. Even with low-seed games that usually took weeks to download.
There are some Baldurs at torrentspy, but there seems to be a problem with expansions, perhaps you should try eMule with those. I usually use eMule for Russian games or for rare games...
hell yes man ty uTorrent way better dling much faster about 60-70 more kbs thanks man hope to play with all of you soon!:D !!!!!!!

Iso's rule, if you ask me. A lot better then swapping CD's all the time, I actually convert half of my games to iso's so that I don't have to swap.
ISO is an image file, you get a program, such as Alcohol 120% of Daemon tools for it.
good to have someone here who knows how to use ISOs.
yeh swapping discs can be lame.

I think Phrozen knows, too. It's really weird that you never dealt with .iso or .cue or .mdf/.mds files...
Anyway, .iso, or similar files are so called CD image files. Basically, it's a complete copy of data stored on a CD in a file. There are 2 things you can really do with that kind of file - unpack it, similar to opening a .rar file, except it doesn't work with all; or mount it. In order to mount something, you need to have a virtual drive. Programs such as Alcohol 120%, Clone CD, or Daemon Tools create vitual drives automatically and can mount image files. Mounting is inserting that .iso file into the virtual drive as though you are inserting a real CD into a real CD-rom drive.

yeh i think he does too. Ive never had to deal with ISOs, every program or game i want i havethe discs for. i knowwhat they are but have just never dealt with them, never really needed to, probably should because game like BGII technically has 5 discs, and i do swap discs to play different game obviously, but no i just never really got around to converting them into ISOs.

Thank you. And yes I do, but I learned the hard way. The first time I ever tried to use one (Battle for Middle Earth) I had no idea how it worked, so I ended up deleting all the files in frustration.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
I learned the hard way, too... first, I found a Nox.torrent file. I wanted to get Nox so much I spent weeks trying to figure out what the heck was this file for... then when I d'led it, it was an .iso...
its me, Fudlow, PhrozenDragon, Thatdude, Carloseus that have the game and are all modded up.
Maestro, Silver and Mobbin are acquiring the game
correct?

Shadows of Amn has 4 yes. but i also counted the expansion Throne of Bhaal.
so that make five. 4 for SOA, 1 for TOB. you need all five to install the disc, but only 1 to play if you do a full install, either disc 2 of SOA, or the TOB disc.
since TOB does for SOA, what LOD does for D2, i often just refer them both collectively as BGII, much like you might collectively call D2 and LOD D2, even if you are referring only to LOD.
