If you want to see people hating on games for the dumbest reasons, go read the community forums for TERA. Any game that gets mentioned there in the Off-Topic section gets claimed as "awful" because the graphics aren't as good as TERA. It's comical but at the same time quite sad. Diablo 3? Crap. Guild Wars 2? Crap. Graphics > Gameplay, duh.
I will admit though the combat is pretty simple in Skyrim, but I can't see it benefiting from something like Kingdom of Amalur's combat.
I don't think I "hate" on any games, I have a very clear idea of what I think is good, and what is bad about most games I play - but especially Skyrim.

No, it doesn't. Anyone who thinks this way is a clown, and should be disregarded. Short games can be a very nice thing, some people don't have time for 10 hour gaming sessions. The bugs, it depends on how game beaking they are really. Expectations should be largely ignored too, judge a game objectively as you can.
Contrary to what most of you might think, I don't hate Skyrim. I played it a bunch myself, and it's not a bad game. I just don't think it deserves the ungodly amount of praise it's been given.

@Deleo Tralari's right. That's pretty typcical typing for me if I don't double check my posts. Especially at home. I'm always sitting on the couch with my laptop balanced some weird way. Thought I would be okay on posts that short.

I watched the entire first season last Thursday. Can't believe I had never heard of the show before... it was absolutely amazing.
