Bought new skate shoes and some nice flexible jeans...It's time to start skating again.

Been getting more downhill riding in myself lately. All the rain makes for some good sliding!

Me 2 man. Me and my friends used to runnnnnn the skateboard game in our town. We were like kings lol. I found old videos that I hadn't seen since vhs on youtube. I showed it to my buddies and was like "Dude...Let's pick it back up". Friend responds "I can't think of a happier time in my life, lets do it."

Here's to hoping I can bomb some big ass sets in the near future!!!

My board isn't in the best shape. We'll see how it fairs this weekend. If not so good I'll pick up a new one.

There's not much at all I like about surfing. I don't like the culture or the thought of doing it.

I think the thing that draws me most to skating is the skate videos. They're truly one of my favorite art forms. The blend of the visuals and audio, when done right, is something really special.

Surfing is the same thing over and over. Maybe you go to a different beach and the waves break differently or something but that's just not enough variety for me personally. With skating, every day is an adventure. You never know whats going to happen from day to day; Be it because of the crazy people you meet on the streets, a close brush with the law, or finding the perfect little spot to skate.

There's just something about it that's gritty and authentic when everything else around me gives me the impression of a guise over my eyes.

Anything you do other than weed in your spare time is wasted chance and seconds.

in surfing, each wave is different. i dont really surf, but i do love beaches. not swimming or sun either, but getting wasted on a beach with little light/noise pollution with a friend and some fishing poles.

I savy surfing as long as the water is warm.. which in NJ is during just about the worst waves of the year -___-. I love me some swimming though, strap on some goggles and enjoy the ocean to the fullest.

I find watching kids skateboard to elicit a similar feeling, except i'm not really judgemental of the culture. I once saw a student fall and loose several teeth in the ensuing carnage.

ya Prole, different strokes for different folks.

I really need to find someone to skate with here when I go downtown. There are so many sketchy ass homeless people who ask me for money. some are cool but some are sketchy as fuck. I always keep my hand on my knife when they come up to me. I really need a friend there. I had to look behind my back before I did anything all night. Fun stuff though.

I take it you still have all your teeth? =P
