My eating strategy is weird. A cup of yogurt, or an apple for breakfast. Anything I want for lunch, while I'm at work and my metabolism is high, and Campbell's soup for dinner, because by then your metabolism is slowing down and its best to keep it light. . It means I never have to cook. Ever! EVVVERRRRRR!
But yeh, all things in moderation. A burger a week has never been scientifically proven to hurt anyone.
Edit: Not that I don't cook. I just never have to, rarely do, and I pretty much suck at it.
I like breakfast foods, and it probably is true that you can get away with even more calories then than at lunch. But, I'm not a morning person. I get up with exactly enough time to get ready for work, take care of pets, and eat that cup of yogurt and that's it.
Weekends are different though. Me and my SO actually have bacon Sunday once a month. It involves frying ridiculuos quantities of bacon, and some basicuits for breakfast. Nothing else. It's excellent. Again, all things in moderation. Just once a month!
My ex girlfriend was a strange one, we'd go to Maccas and i'd get a meal while she'd get a salad. Most of the time she'd end up eating half my meal then complaining later how fat she was getting even though she had close to a surfboard body

@Ducha I tried to be a vegetarian once. It involved a lot of salad. Restaurants were the hardest part. Watching other people eat hot food while you are eating a bowl of cold lettuce is pretty difficult. When I gave it up, it was over a year before I could enjoy salad again. I was that tired of it. I could definitely see ordering a salad, giving up, and claiming someone else's real food.
I could never become a vegetarian. Not a vegan, at least. I love milk and eggs and cheese. I knew a girl in school who was vegetarian and would make all these interesting sandwiches out of tofu and they were generally pretty tasty. But eating that kind of food every day would just get tiring I think. I love to try different types of food too much.

I agree, I don't find overly toned guys/girls attractive.
She looks healthy to me. I don't get how her body isn't attractive to someone.
Don't forget squats, it lifts the bum! Toned woman not very attractive, curves for the win. A Flat tummy is fine but no definition thanks.

Also, I'm getting the Official Diablo 3 Strategy guide this coming Saturday.
