Negotiating a home loan I'm working on securing; for the first time in my life I was able to push back at the banks today and truly not give a fuck what they think and I must to say it felt really good. They have been asking for all kinds of stuff to prove I can pay the loan (which they would be ass stupid to not do given the details of it) but their last request was just ass stupid. I basically told them to shit or get off the pot because in reality I hold all the cards.

I'll tell you mortgage underwriters are a bunch of petty ass bean counters (at least these ones are) who couldn't recognize an obvious no brain opportunity when it falls into their lap.
It goes something like this as an example, lets say a this loan officer makes $1000 1 year loans plus interest. On average we'll say the interest is 5% as a matter of normal practice. Along you come willing to take that loan and you prove you can pay it back in just a week plus the entire 5% APR interest!
The obvious course of action is to make the loan, but this bean counter is an idiot, not realizing in 1 week you won't need their loan at all. The dullard bean counter thoughtlessly procrastinates and decides to ask you for ridiculous papers that have no weight in your ability to pay the loan.
So you tell them shit or get off the pot because you don't really need them, all you need is a little more patience because in a week you'll have the cash anyways to buy the thing you wanted a little sooner.
If a guy is in shape, and well groomed, body hair is fine, up to a certain limit, that it's pretty hard to define. LOL! The one combination that I actually find very unatractive:
Pale white skin and course black unkempt body hair. Something about the strong contrast just makes that look weird. But even that combination is fine on a guy who's healthy and well groomed though. Espcially with a bit of a tan, and trimmed fairly short, it looks fine.
Guys should look rugged. A guy who's waxed, or can't grow body hair looks wrong to me.
But there are exceptions:
The no chest hair thing actually works for men who are really really really really built. Plus the beard and slight happy trail counteract the missing hair.
A picture down one of the silo holes, can't tell how deep it is here, but we threw some shards of glass down the shaft, and it took a good 5-7 seconds or so, for it to hit the bottom.

It was a lot of fun. That view and sunset became twice as spectacular with a blunt in hand. Getting back down the stairs baked was an exercise of paranoia more than anything though.
LOL! One thing about having photos of yourself up on a site, is that it makes you too paranoid to openly discuss that sort of thing because you lose a degree of your anonymity. If I could, I'd jsut lecture you on what an unhealthy habit it is though, because I comepletely detest anything ilegal.
For the last year I've gotten back into been working out on a 6 day body building routine (I have no intention of ever competing though). I'm just going back to the type of working out I did in my 20's but a little less intense, I did 6 day double split routines then but I don't have the free time for that at the moment.
Okay, time to make the thread interesting again. Here's a story from my weekend. It has more pictures than words, so check the spoiler. A couple buddies and me felt like checking out one of the old, abandoned grain silos down at the harbor in our city. Turned out this place has quite the view, but it's also pretty dangerous. Will comment on the pictures as they come.

This is the view of the silo as we are pulling up to it, its on the left, the tall grey thing behind the red building. Can't see much of it, but at least you can kinda tell what it looks like. Just a tall, grey, square building.
A bit of the inside here, hobos had lived there at some point. Once again you can't see all the details here, but there were old moldy matresses and shoes, beer cans and other crap strewn across the place. I didn't intend to actually document this, so you'll have to excuse the poor documentational value of this stuff!
This is the stairway that takes you to the top, couldn't take pictures while going up because it was too dark. Needless to say this place has no lights on, and very few windows. Yes, the floor is covered in bird crap.
This is the top room, and that's one of my friends there. See those manholes? They are the top entrances to the grain silos, and they go all the way to the bottom. Had to watch your step here, as some of them had no covers. Fall down of those and you're dead.

See the roof on the left? That's the cover of one of the manholes someone managed to throw down there, denting the roof. It's really far down.
Finally, the panorama I took from the top of the silo. This is a floor above where the rest were taken. Beautiful view!

...and then I took an arrow to the knee.
