iI'm getting sick of people comparing D3 to D2. I mean, does anyone remember any of the terrible D2 exploits that were around forever? 1) Body Popping: Remember when you died and had to retrieve your body and items? You could throw down a piece of equipment on someone's body and if they accidentally picked it up, and then grabbed their body, and their stash was full, it would cause all their items to unequip and explode all over the ground, allowing another player to grab them all and run. 2) 1 Billion SOJs: Sojs everywhere. In fact there were soo many Sojs that Blizzard incorporated sacrificing Sojs to vendors to open Uber Diablo. 3) Death Everywhere: At one point in D2 there was a glitch that allowed PVP to happen in town. Man it was amazing when I'd join a game and die immediately in town from a PVP'er. Anyone else remember any terrible exploits from D2?
Just to clarify - the story isn't "bad". There just is no story atm. Just a placeholder. For example:
There is no info on the woman running away from you in warden's den and blocking your path to the forest.
I'm not sure how good or bad the story will be - for now it's just too early to judge somethings that is not in the game. But I'm sure the images of demonic villains will not taunt you "while you're on your hero errand".
