Ehh, My face can top that no problem. I had a strip of flesh covered in pus and rotted material hanging out of my face at one point. Didn't hurt, but had a foul smell. Been gone for... about 4 months now.
All due to a fucked up wisdom tooth extraction procedure.

The maggots are there on purpose, they eat dead flesh to help infections that won't heal. They won't eat any living tissue, only dead. They're raised in sterile conditions specifically for medical purposes. I saw in on Discovery channel.

I know that maggots are actually useful. Like how leeches have actual medical purposes. But both of them are gross as hell to the normal population.
But now that I have just ate, time to look at the GIF again.

I don't always burn. But when I do, I use hellfire.
Thats a common complication of diabetes, he didnt notice it because after some time of diabetes he loses sensitivity in his feet, the maggots are due to not cleaning and taking care of the wound, what is common in hobos, drug users and retarded people. This is actually pretty common in hospitals...
Almost correct.
This is a necrotic foot ulcer, which is commonly due to uncontrolled diabetes. It's not the diabetes itself that causes this issue, but the peripheral vascular disease and peripheral neuropathy (complications of badly controlled diabetes). The peripheral neuropathy leads to patients not being able to feel their feet and lower legs as well as normal, and this may cause them not to notice when they have an injury or a pressure sore from standing for too long. This is then compounded by the peripheral vascular disease which means that their blood supply to their extremities is reduced and therefore their ability to generate healing in those areas is reduced. It causes a vicious cycle of necrosis if left unchecked (which is why diabetics should have regular foot-checks from podiatry)
The maggots are their to clean the wound because they will only eat the necrotic tissue and leave all healthy flesh alone. only temporary.
OHHHH MY GOD. I'm all of a sudden not hungry for the next month. Thanks.
NP. Now you won't have to take breaks from D3.
PS: I have been eating pizza rolls and staring at it.
But but Red pandas aren't supposed to eat people food! you're supposed to eat bamboo and a variety of birds, eggs, and berries!

Of course it isn't your foot, it doesn't look like a panda foot!

Sometimes I like to eat people food. My normal diet consists of bamboo and tea. I can't help that I like exotic food every now and then!
Holy crap that is so hilarious, and soo appropriate for this thread.
That is seriously one fu#%ed up foot.
