This thread is dedicated to people who's trying to remember a movie, or you can simply come in and talk about it, and why it's your favorite movie or somewhat of the related topics are fine: People who need help can mention some of its details to let someone who knows what you're talking about to help you find what you're looking for.
If you guys are capapable of playing guessing games about movies, it's also perfectly fine to start one here.
Here's my problem I've been meaning to share:
I was always under the impression that I'd watched the 1939' Wizard Of Oz film when I was a kid, until recently in a conversation with my dad about classic movies, my dad named The Wizard Of Oz, and I said I remember there's this scarecrow person (whose weakness is the lacking of couragesness? Not sure.) allowed the rest of his puppet friends along with Dorothy build him into somesort of flying unit to carry them and escape from the evil queen's castle. My dad saying I must have watched a different movie.
I was a little surprised by his response so I named another scene: The queen's castle has a hallway filled with displays of her head behind glass shelves as if they were jewlery. I remember one of these heads breaks into conscienceness and scream at Dorothy (or yelled at her, or maybe yelled at one of their fellow traveler), I was pretty freaked out by the scene when I was a kid, anyway, my dad is still saying no, I am miss remembering, so my last draw of effort is saying I remember there's suppose to be these line of soldiers of the evil queen's, they were wearing roller skates...yet he's still saying I'm miss remembering...
I don't know how boring this story is to you guys (I imagine very, haha!), I would definitely watch the movie myself sometime soon, but I just really would like know from you guys that what exactly am I remembering here! There's scarecrow, there's an evil queen, there's a girl as the main character, there's a tin man (and at one scene he's running out of fuel?) what is going on with this mental picture here? What am I remembering exactly? Would like some helpers to help search this puzzle in my inner soul. (LOL)
Anyway, can tell recently I'm having great feelings with The Wizard Of Oz related stories, my signature is the poster of Wicked, a suppose to be classic theater production, it's going to be produce into a film, and I find the show is based on a parrel fiction that is based on the 1939' Wizard Of Oz film, so I'm really excited about those upcoming production. Love sharing!
I am pretty sure you are thinking of Return to Oz. This is a great movie that I remember watching as kid.
As for my own, there is a movie I saw that I am dying to know what its title is so I can watch it again.
I am pretty sure it was from the eighties. I believe it was a British film. It was a post apocalyptic movie but a comedy. The main guy lived in a house (completely destroyed, not even all four walls and a ceiling). The objects he found and had in his house would talk to him. That is all I can remember but I am dying to know what the movie was.

I wikied it and it turns out right, so my dad's right all along....hate it when he's right!! (ak!)
C'mon people, my first reaction to Scyber's movie is if it has zombies in it, I'm not much of a help in a 80s british apocalyptic comedy film.
(28 days later is as far as I can remember for now, I'll get back to you when I'm starting really hard swimmy-remembering on british films.)
There were no zombies in it. It was mainly focused on this guy in his house talking to the things he found and had in his house. I think at one point, another person comes over to visit at his house. I know this is a very vague description but I saw the movie on TV about seven years ago. I looked at the guide for the channel but it had the wrong movie listed.

Is there a line in the movie that stands out? Some special shouting at someone's name?
If there's any actors in the movie you can remember its name, both character's name and a actual person's will help. "Tom why are you getting so many soaps on my shoes?" Than it will be in no time when you track down this good one you're looking for, clinck!.
Unfortunately no. I cannot remember any of the character's names or lines. I guess I can say that the actor was not too famous as I am pretty big into movies but did not recognize the actor.
I know it is probably a lost cause but since you created this great thread, I thought I would give it a try.Maybe another user has seen this movie and knows what I am talking about.

Why thank you, it is probably a lost cost, and the thread is hungry for more maybe...British viewers for this particular hunt I suppose? I don't know if british viewers will be easier to grasp what you're looking for, well maybe that's a reasonable assumption I suppose.
Dunno if Don is british, his avatar had made me think of him as a british person since a long time ago.
I actually googled "apocalypo 80s british comedy" and so far the finds are comedy series, so we're definitely open for helper and big movie wild chase games.
This movie's main character in storywise is chosen for his unique mind, promising to fight over the instituional mass of an empire rule by the villans, those are people who wear suits and can chase people down very fast. It is ironically starred by an actor in real life who's actually consider quite retarded.
So when the camera takes close-ups on his good looking angel-look, its supposably pure mind actually always strikes me as being pure dumb. This movie is actually great, and people who are crazy about it will actually really hate me for what I said.
The actor himself however, has trouble saying things without sounding superstitious in a really amazing way.
Should I be giving scenes information? I never done this before.
(edit: It's okay to ignore this one guessing game, and start anything in game value that's in moviewise more fun and interesting if you can think of one. Mines are really just trying to spark up something, not well thought out on the being fun part.)
In the mean time, I have some dialogue I would like to share with you guys, it's from one of my favorite sitcom series, The Office:
CPR Instructor: Would you like to try next?
Dwight: Absoulutely I Would Not.
Michael: Do you know who I really think should go? (a tap on Stanley's lap) "Stanley."
Phillies: It's not a good idea Michael he needs to rest. "No rest for the sick!" said Michael
(few minutes later)
Michael: C'mon Stanely you're losing you you're losing you!
(Stanely continue charging with the CPR rhythm, almost exhausted, feeling death approaching as his boss continue urging him to revive a dummy.)
Seeing you bombing out on people a lot...guess I had it coming.
Yeah the movie itself is a cheap, low budget horror flick. Starring scream queen actresses, and a bunch of angry teenager, since I never belonged to those generation (won't say I envy them) their old ways of acting and ruins tell of the movie sets is to me, always unique and one of a kind.
It's possible imagination for goth (being cheap making the setting looks like rags, and a lot of one-tape acting), and our generation being controlled by larger mass movie production, the possibility for these projects to have more successful appearances are slim in our generation.
I actually like talking about it to someone who know its existence.
Rather you like it or not, it actually has a large cult fan base viewing it as of one of a kind classic thriller. I however sees it as a start of goth related originality, and being crude makes it forever freezed in as a unique collection.
Angela's demon dance scene.
She's the main actress portraiting all lead villains in the following series of Night Of The Demons.
