I see 3 posts, and your post count says 3 so I guess they do count?
If it still says that in the rules then I guess they forgot to change it. At one time Intro post and Spam forum posts didn't count and now they do.
Or at least that would appear to be the case right now
As for the titles - They're just a reflection of your post count
But I am unaware as to where one would ascertain the information pertaining to ranked titled
