First off i would like to apologize because i feel that some ppl might become agitated that im going to be buying diablo 3 but have not yet played (or ever going to play) diablo and diablo 2.
I love how this game looks and the gameplay is purely untouchable by other hack and slash games but my only concern are the skillz. Have we already see all of the skills in which each character will come to obtain (besides the fact that you can customize them with runes) throughout the game or are there alot more that just simply wont be revealed until the release of the game.
Also just to elaborate on the impact of this question, I really do not believe the answer to this question in away way, shape, or form have a negative impact on my thoughts of this game. I simply find it to be food for thought.
p.s. great site you have going! really helps me keep up to date with development.

i just looked up the skill trees for the wizard (idk if this concept is concretely implemented into the game yet) and i can definatly see where there are skills that are unlocked by placeing talent points! Im goin to love this game to death! I cant wait to see how it turns out!:D:D:D

I am not saying ou have to nor am I mad if you don't. But you should totally pick up D2. It is only like $20 and otherthan putting up with 10 year old graphics, th game is still amazing.
On topic: they haven't even revealed the top skills. They are going to be amazing.

Yea that was a stupid comment on my part:D but to begin with i didnt even no if there was a skill tree for this game i thought that the skill advancement would be based off the rune system.

To the part bolded.. Why?! As scyberdragon said D2 is pretty cheap. And let's say Diablo 3 comes out, and it's your favorite game ever - would you never be curious to even go back and try the older games? They're really great. I'm not saying you need tor un out and buy/beat them before diablo III, just saying, keep an open mind to them in the future.
Also, who knows. I think some of the skill trees we've seen are fairly nailed down, but everything's subject to change, and we can't really be sure of anything until the game is out. However, don't compare the number of skills in this game to skills in other non-diablo games - if you haven't played the past Diablo games, I'm sure you're quite unaware of what the number of skills really matters to the game. Like comparing apples to oranges and such... maybe one has more seeds or something, but they both taste good if you like 'em.
