Anyways glad you're okay and back. You'll see a lot of negativity but don't let that discourage you. I'm still enjoying the game.
As others have stated, it's common to see the angry people on forums complaining rather than in the game because they don't enjoy the game and they want to express their opinions in hopes it may somehow change something or at least make them feel better.
You'll find though, URT as well as most Off-topic and General Discussion threads are pretty much the same as always though.
Glad you're back, now please go and kill some demons and don't pay attention to the whiners, the game is really fun, yeah some parts are hard and it makes you think a lot about gear at some points, but that's part of the fun imo
I've come back to find some unexpected adjectives used to describe my beloved diablo franchise, the plurality of which are negative.
Anyone want to help me catch up on all the drama I missed while I install?
The vocal minority didn't like that the Diablo 3 launch had a lot of server issues and since then they all hate everything about D3 and Blizzard is the evil empire blah blah blah. Same stupidity and retardation as usual.
I had a tingling sensation in my right arm, my face went a bit numb, and then I blacked out. I've been told that I came-to a number of times while I was in the hospitol, but I don't recall anything of the sort.
I also failed to have any out of body experiences, see any lights, or sense the existence of the supernatural.
Glad to hear you're ok! Diablo 3 is actually really fun! if you enjoyed the previous installments you'll love this one! As many have said, disregard what some people are complaining about

Bashiok - Blizzard Representative - 08/01/2011 -"So how many skill combinations are there now? Well taking into account 6 active skills, all the rune combinations, and 3 passives we currently expect each class to have roughly 2,285,814,795,264 different build combinations."
"Hey, I thought you'd like the witty irony of grub-on-glowie violence!"
