Yo. I just graduated about 14 hours ago, Marine Corps Training. For those of you who don't have a clue who I am, I used to post here a while back, and for those of you who remember me....
Hoorah!!!
Feb 17 I shipped and arrived at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and was initiated in Boot Camp. 3 grueling months later I'm back for 10 days and hoping to see some familiar posters (if they still post). Ask some questions, leave some comments, I'd be glad to answer and comment back. Thanks for those of you who supported me when I made my decision, and I hope to see some comments soon!
*Pardon if my posts aren't as fast or I slip up a little. 3 months away from a keyboard has made my hands a bit rusty. Feels funny typing again, my head makes words and my fingers type them but I don't even remember where all the keys go. Weird.)
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
3 months of training eh? What is that like exacly?
I'm not going to say it was easy, because it wasn't. I had a hard time, and especially being removed from my family and all comforts I've known, it was grueling to say the least. We also didn't know anything that was happening outside of boot camp other than what we got in letters or if a drill instructor told us. I've been graduated for about 18 hours, I slept about an hour or two on our way home and I set up my comp and I'm doing this and straightening up some things around here while everyone sleeps.

Training is physical and mental. On an average day we would get up, eat, go to class, and then go exercise. after that we would be taught basic life skills you need as a Marine, such as ironing, sewing, how to fix some of your items to make yourself even faster or marking your things so that if you lose them you would get them back.
A big thing is intensity and speed. Almost everything we do must be done quick, intense, and as loud as possible. Did that answer your question or did I miss what you are trying to ask?
Man that must have been hard. I once went away with army cadets for a week and that was enough for me. I like the discipline and all but I don't like being constantly pushed, especially with waking up early. How was the sleep? The food? The friends?
Congrats, I cannot begin to imagine how hard boot camp and training must have been. What are you doing after 10 days? Are you going back to the base or are you being shipped out?

It's time for us as a people to start makin' some changes.
