the game is finished and people are beta testing it... its definitely not vaporware.

I just did a quick Wiki on it and the features do sound nice. Very, very anti-carebear. It's a PvPer's dream. I lol'd @ the part where all items are lootable, even your own body upon death (that's got to suck).
