www.myspace.com/mpotatoes for all your Trans Siberian Orchestra listening pleasure
If you want to arrange it
This world you can change it
If we could somehow make this
Christmas thing last
By helping a neighbor
Or even a stranger
And to know who needs help
You need only just ask
Long before you reach the event horizon, the difference in gravitational force between your head and your feet would greatly exceed the electromagnetic forces that hold your body's cells and molecules together. You would be ripped to pieces. A black hole is a singularity, and so all matter that goes to it condenses into an infinitesimally small point, where there is an infinite amount of density. These singularities exist because the gravitational force is so incredibly strong, that even the uncertainty principle fails (the principle that no particle can be moving with the same velocity and direction in a certain area). If you somehow made it through the event horizon alive, you would be sucked into this point, and your mass would join the trillions and trillions of mega tons that encompass a space smaller than a grain of sand. You would not go down some magical hole that takes you to a paradise, unless heaven is real that is.
edit: And like the poster above said, for you this would happen in milliseconds, but from a third party's perspective it would appear to take extremely long amounts of time, more slowly as you reach then center.

And when I say significant, I really mean ANY.
Also I am sure you have all seen that the G-Man and Gordon Freeman are employees at the site, so we need not worry!
