A long disputed factor in the Diablo Universe. But this time, the humans have the right to choose sides in the Great Conflict. So who is worse? Who is better? Which side has more to offer to you?

Federer lost Wimbledon. Why? Becase none of you bastards cheered for him...
if given a choice, i would choose hell, because i have yet to play a game like D2 that gave choice, fighting demons is an old idea, but fighting angels? thats what i want right now

My LOD CD exploded the day before the nocd patch, and took my DVD drive with it....
If I had to choose, of course I would choose Hell. Like Hell, I value individuality rather than conformity. And well, demons are just so much cooler. They are mad, dark and have wicked powers. I love them lol.
I would probably choose Heaven. It's so typical, but I like the idea of being the hero that saves the world from terror and demonic corruption.
I think Hell would have a lot to offer, though. Not only do they hate the forces of Heaven, but they also despise each other enough to cause conflict amongst themselves. We can see that through some quests in the original Diablo, along with the knowledge of the civil war between Belial and Azmodan.
The sheer amount of Hell's corruption is also pretty incredible, and would have some great potential if included in a new Diablo game.
I would choose heaven. They seem more millitaristic and organized. Sure there are a few forces that go rogue, but on the whole Heaven stays together. You don't see angels getting backstab by there breathren that often if at all.
i chose heaven since i never really saw them and i really want to see their true power

"You are like a rose in a great rose field. Each rose is so beautiful to me. But if one dies... I can still look at many other roses..." God of Darkness.
Since Heaven doesn't really have the mortals' best interests in mind, I choose neither. But this is supposed to be what's unique about mortals according to Diablo lore. They can choose either side at will, albeit at times they are probably coerced. But this means you could also choose neither. In a way, I guess perhaps the Necromancers do this. But since they are committed to maintaining the Balance, I actually wonder if they have ever openly aided the forces of Hell just to restore the Balance.
ya except that necro was like messed up mentally. And the theory was that he used life tap too much
however i believe if the tides really switched to the forces of Heaven the necromancers definitely would help hell which is why i dislike them... reminds me too much of yin and yang
You're a buzzkill. I thought we'd get some nice discourse out of what I said.
Very well then. I guess I'd choose Heaven because while I do not understand the motives of Heaven that much, it's probably still more keen on individual rights and liberties more than Hell is.

I'm also hoping to kick some angel ass to restore some balance, since after killing 3 prime evils, i feel like the balance is off
That's why I really like them.

I still haven't read Moon of the Spider.

I think Angels are similar to Demons in the Diablo universe.
(Plus have you seen Tyreal? He looks human-esque, which kinda refers that he probably has an ass...)
