Fuck yes it's going to be epic. I can't wait to see it. I want it NOW! I will probably go see it right when it comes out.
(And I NEVER say that about a movie.)
I rarely go to the theaters either. Maybe once or twice a year. And I hate most comic book movies. But I loved Batman Begins. And Heath Ledger looks amazing in Dark Knight.
I heard when he was filming, he had a lot of trouble sleeping cause all he could think about was his character. Apparently he even talked to Jack Nicholson about it and Nicholson had warned Ledger was a difficult character it was to play and how he also lost a lot of sleep on the set cause he couldn't stop thinking about Joker.
Apparently Iron Man is unexpectedly reallly good. But yeah, I'll put it on my list of DVDs to watch.
The Dark Knight looks alright. I haven't seen many Batman movies, but I think Batman Returns would be my favourite. lol, yeah, the one directed by Tim Burton. Catwoman in it is so cool.

I hate Tim Burton movies. The guy now has a Johnny Depp fetish.

I had low expectations when I went to see it last Saturday, but I was pretty surprised at how good it was. Granted, there were some moments of "WTF," but what movie doesn't have those? Personally, I thought it was far superior to any of the X-Men movies, or even Spiderman.
I also saw The Brave One recently. Man, that movie was intense. Some parts were too violent I thought, but not too much that I didn't find the movie overall worth my time. The ending was especially good except for a few minor things I would've done differently.

If you want a violent bloody ass movie then you have to see the movie Kill Bill. There's a Vol 1 and a Vol 2. It's kinda like a 2 part movie. It's wierd. But it's still fucking awsome.
My two favorite parts are when the woman slams the board with the nails into the back of the other girl's head and you see blood oozing out of her eye sockets around her eyes before she falls down and then when shes fighting Bill's sister and both are fighting with Katanas and the woman plucks the remaining eye from Bill's sister. (Bill's sister already had her eye plucked out by her master (Japanese for trainer/mentor/whatever) ) Then she steps on and squeezes the eye between her toes...
Not for the faint of heart, I'll tell you that much right now...
But I gotta say, it's good to see a woman kick so much ass in the male oriented action movie genre.
Yeah, but I'm talking about realistic violence. For instance, when you chop off someone's limb, it doesn't spray blood like a fire hydrant-as is the case in Kill Bill. And Kill Bill is a fantasy story. The Brave One is actually realistic. And who said I wanted to see a bloody ass movie anyway? I just happened to see one.
I saw Iron Man on Monday, and I was very pleased with how it turned out. Very good movie that is worth seeing in theatres, and I will definately get it on DVD.
I also saw Baby Mama last week, and that was a really funny movie. Tina Fey is great!!

The Dark Knight just fucking rocks imho. It sucks that the guy who played The Joker died though...
