I chose other parts of Kurast cause I think it's not too far east from there that the jungles where the Necromancers are. I also want to see Inarius' prison.
i would rather see westmarch, the true medieval realm and home of the paladin. if kurast could be so corrupted, i wonder how the true home of the paladin is.

Ooo good point. I still pick the Amazon Islands to be at.

Those before me shall quiver in my wake as I unleash the fury within!
What about the assasins? shouldnt there be a place where they came from?
or Sorces?
I really think Diablo 3 will be an MMO they can do so much with the game. Like add to kurast, the little flame guys burn down the forest and discover an orb or something that has changed who they are and now be come a new race like a shammy, new class right there. and or they discover a new area underground and it could be a whole new area to fight in. Or it could be an instance like in WoW
I dont know why people wouldent pay 15 dollers a month for HOURS AND HOURS of more game play with an MMOrpg....
i want to see some place from the future but not futuristic weapons

I don't have my manual with me now, but I can at least say about the Sorceresses is that they are recruited by Sorceress Scouts. I don't think the Sorc. are as centralized as some of the other classes. I even picture them training with a single other Sorceress, but that's just how I picture it.

Yeah, but I think there is also a lot that can be done with it without being an MMO. It doesn't need to be just hack n' slash, but it doens't need to be an MMO either.
heh, I could be way off here but I was looking at the Credits page on D2 LOD
and after a couple minutes it said somethign about Irvine and people testing game fairness there pretty much.
OH and for people who say they wouldent pay 15 a month for D3 I bet you still will get it lol. 15 a month for one of the best games ever?? come on that aint much!
definitly heaven, maybe hell. and it would kinda suck but i'd definitly pay a monthly fee for this game

He who learns must suffer. And even in our sleep pain that cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, and in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God.

I picked Westmarch because it was the first one that popped into my head. Sounds like it would be very interesting and different from other places. Kejhan would also be a pick for me because of the description given in the book in my signature.
I would like to see all of them, but the actual burning hells is something that to me hasn't shown its full potential so far. I want to see the demons fighting and training, what they eat and everything. I want to see an army of morlu killing each other and then in an instant go back to being whole only to tear each other apart again. And especially all the Prime Evils. Mephisto and Baal to me weren't all that scary, I want to see something that will definately scare me. Diablo is scary even though we've beaten him once, or after all the times we beat him.
If Diablo 3 is in fact based on the Heaven/Hell Scenario like everyone believes it will be then I reckon that the game itself should go back to the roots and have a Diablo 1 style dungeon system.
Because there are apparently seven layers of heaven and hell the ideal thing would be to have a progression through each of these layers with the end result being the defeat of the Ultimate evil/holy being in the seventh layer.
Ofcourse they could base each on these layers on different things like for instance they could represent each layers of hell with a different deadly sin.
Just a thought, dunno how they would do heaven though....
I've been wondering lately that even though we have a poll for this thread, it might be prudent to create a master list of all stated locations for Diablo 3 that we'd like to see.
I know we have a master list of all things we'd like to see in Diablo 3, but this thread has gained enough viable responses to consider putting all desired locations into one list. But some of you may feel that it should just belong in that overall list of desired things in Diablo 3 and I would understand that too.
Boats/ships - It would be good to acutally board and inspect the ships that allow you to travel from act to act... Perhaps you could have more loot on board
To add.. If your intreasted in places like Westmarch Scosglen, I'd be very keen to discover little mentioned Eastern realms of Diablo Lore, for example little is said about the Vizjerei Clan and their surroundings. - More needs to be revealed about Brother Bartuc and Horazon of Aranoch and Kehjistan. In my mind these are locations worthy of being explored. This is possibly the first instance (in the sin war) of a mortal bending demons to his will, for his own exploits. Only the Necromancer seems to share a similar ability without being completely corrupted

rom the steamy recesses of the southern swamps comes a figure cloaked in mystery. The Necromancer, as his name implies, is an unseemly form of sorcerer whose spells deal with the raising of the dead and the summoning and control of various creatures for his purposes (diabloii.net)

maybe hell... but i think if the game develop in heaven... hell will be the final act as a counterattack by the high heavens...
