"Hey, I thought you'd like the witty irony of grub-on-glowie violence!"
I voted for the loot 1.5. I think the loot on the console is very interesting. I wouldn't say that it is completely better, but it does seem like a nice upgrade! I'm still very excited for loot 2.0 on the pc and the release of RoS!
My choice is the xbox 360 version.
I chose Loot 1.5. Using self-found items is the most fun way to enjoy a game like D3. The AH is a convenient feature but takes the "discovery" aspect out of the game.
In the comments say what you picked, and explain why
I chose "Local Co-op" for the sake of being able to play with my 3 kids, but a super close 2nd is Loot 1.5, after suffering through countless hours of PC play and never not one time on any of my toons finding my own upgrade, was just daunting, the thought of exploring the work killing stuff and being rewarded more than just crafting materials and experience is exciting!!
Make sure to let us know if you want the PS3 game, or the Xbox360 Game
I'd like my copy to be for the PS3 (will be upgrading to PS4 version the minute its available!!)
My reasoning for this is that in a game like Diablo, the gameplay experience is extremely important. In a game where I've spent maybe 1500-2000 hours total playing, the chance to experience it all in a different way with different controls is awesome. I played the demo and found the controls to be crisp and enjoyable. I've been debating purchasing the game for a while now, but I'd love to win a copy.
I chose Loot 1.5, but direct control and dodging are right up there. I rented it from Redbox to give it a try and the direct control was a little difficult to get used to, particularly on a wizard. But, with monk/barb it should be incredibly intuitive. I didn't really get to see the benefits of the rebalanced loot, so I wouldn't mind playing through to see how that plays.
Also, 4 player local co-op would be a lot of fun. I don't really have a large enough TV to support it atm, but soon enough that should change and it would be glorious to play like that. I'd be playing on a PS3.
I'm very intrigued by loot 1.5 on the PS3. I play D3 very sparingly right now on the PC and am waiting for loot 2.0 before I start playing regularly again. I feel the changes they are planning will make the game what we were all hoping it would be at release and all the reviews of the console version sound very positive so far. Wish Blizz would just flip on a switch and make the PC version the same
It's between Offline and loot 1.5 but I voted offline because thats how I'd rather play.

I picked for Loot 1.5. In the anticipation of RoS and loot 2.0, it seems pretty awesome that self found is actually viable on console. Finding good legendaries before 100 or more hours of gameplay would be so sweet.
My vote goes to "No Auction House"
The whole purpose of the Diablo series is to find epic loot to use and to trade. The most exciting part was finding something totally amazing, and being able to show it off to friends. There is a certain joy to finding your own gear that you can never get with the AH, as if it's a trophy of your own accomplishments. With the auction house, there really is no point in playing since you can just buy your gear with real money and gold, and it made the whole experience feel pointless and hollow because I always felt like I could never be content with what I had. It made me completely dependent on the AH, to the point where I could not progress in my game without it.
Thanks for holding this contest, I am a huge Diablo fan, and it would make me the happiest guy in the world if I could get a copy of the ps3 version of D3.
I voted for the dodge function. I have clocked in hundreds of hours on the PC version and would love to have a dodge function, a nice change of gameplay i would love to give a try.
Controls by far had me hook. I played the demo and love the controls over the pc version. Made me feel more in control ( as it would be ) of my char. Sure all the other things are great also but the controls had me hooked, If the did that for the pc it would be great...HELLO BLIZZARD!!!
Hook me up with a copy of the 360...come on Diablofan.

Dark Legacy is da shit, yo.
D3 for PS3 is the only one I'd be able to get.

I'd like the copy for Xbox 360, if I win that is
1. Can't use the Feedback Option to leave feedback, I receive the following message.
2. There isn't any reply Buttons to the forums on the beta, is this buy design?
PS I'm using IE9, and yes I'm signed in.

Are you maybe behind a VPN, proxy, Tor, etc? Could be that you're behind an IP address that has been blacklisted by Curse.
If it's not that, I'd say ditch IE (forever) and give Chrome or FF a try.

I would like an Xbox 360 version.
Local co-op is a close 2nd though as I could finally get a friend to play the game with that.
360 version if I am selected, thanks!
I'd prefer it on PS4 but I'll take it for PS3 if it's not an option :).
