Heavenly Strength - You can wield a 2-handed weapon in your main hand while holding a Shield in your offhand. / Your maximum movement speed is reduced by 10%. "I want both."

In regards to the skill Absorb in this screenshot here http://media.diablofans.com/images/news/exp/incoming.jpg would this mean that DoT damage to your character would do very little damage seeing how DoTs do small damage but hit very rapidly? I believe that DoTs damage every half second, so as long as you don't take 1652 damage per second from the DoT you'll take no damage?
Cannot wait for the second part of infosplosion. I just hope it comes soon though. Over here it's almost midnight, and I need to go to bed soon to be up for work tomorrow...
Is it just me or does it seem like all skills are reduced to having only 3 Runes now (maybe this has been mentioned before but I'm tired so please forgive me)? The preview screenshot of the upcoming post seems to indicate that as well as the leaked Crusader abilities. Would make sense imho, since many runes now are plain useless and this would make balancing easier and allow for a greater average Rune quality.
Also, this would allow Blizzard to at least somewhat balance that "all Runes for a skill" ring, which might only roll for certain, underused skills anyways.
Looks like the movement effect of the Hurricane rune is now in the skill itself.
Maybe barbs will be able to move with any rune at 66% speed. This plus the new movement skill cap sounds like a buff, not a nerf.
Unless I misunderstand your post - it's likely a nerf.
What's the new movement speed cap? Are you sure they moved it? As far as I know it will still be 25% (heard nothing of changing the cap)
That said. 66% movement speed means if you have 25%, you will move at 16.5%.
EDIT: Changed percents, I thought my barb was capped on movement speed, but apparently not according to a quick google search.

It wasn't confirmed yet, but perhaps the movement speed will have a higher cap since you can improve it with Paragon 2.0 points.
If a barb have, let's say, 140% of movement speed (100% from his normal speed plus 40% from the new cap), he'll move at 92% of his total speed (66% of 140) while using whirlwind with any rune of his choice. Mass destruction. ^^
Thrive on Chaos : Every 25Gain 248 Life per Fury gainedspent while under the effects of Wrath of the Berserker is active adds 1 second to the duration of the effect.
doesnt matter wotbs dead lmao
they didnt nerf it they killed it,
hopefully this isnt the finaly version, really do barbs need more life gained? no
god they did the same to archon

More than likely, I don't think the movement speed will increase much even if it does. I feel like they will keep it at 25% and the points via paragon will be handy as in not having to get gear with + movement speed. That frees up an affix on those pieces of gear.
That makes sense to me now, but overall - it's still a nerf, you lose movement speed. Sure, you run almost 100% speed in that theoretical equation BUT you lose your extra 40%.

You should realize that most of the existing builds will still be possible, but will be activated via legendary affixes or set bonuses.
I bet my bottom dollar their will be a piece/bonus that enables WotB, CM, Archon builds.

No, all runes are there
Barbarians were hilariously OP, they need to do something to make all the classes balanced.
