Well for once I have to agree with wit Sabvre... there are tons of "one post" Members that contribute NOTHING to the community... the thing is I think you cant circumvent this matter... even if you say "at least 10 constructive posts" people will just write @%"§ 10 times to get the keys.
Oh and definitely point 3... so many stupid topics about things that were "new" months ago. (and they were most likely already discussed <_<)
Worst problem is Curse doesn't give a fuck about us actual members. Same strategy as F2P games... aim at the newbies rather than retain the oldbies. More people means more people that can accidentally or intentionally click on the banners/ ads.. means more people that bring them money.
Curse you Curse... enjoy screwing over your longtime forum goers :Thumbs Up:
Actually, it's better not to dig around too many posts made by members because oldies did troll/flame at some point in the past. Posts made lately and good forum behavior are a good requirement to both keep the quality of conversation high and get more people interested/informed.
Sure, oldschool members have pretty much discussed everything to the death, but... well, oldschool members can help new members with information they need.
Also, it's easier to reward one great post and not to check 3,4,5 or whatever number of posts sounds fairer. Multiplied by 200.

Of course we've trolled or flamed at some point in the past... but as least the atmosphere felt like a real community rather than some forced pile of crap.
I'm not just saying this because of how salty I am about the contest (which i certainly admit i am)... but instead because i just don't like the site tonight... and i assume i won't like it until the contest ends.
I can no longer find interesting threads.
I can no longer follow along on threads because in the INSANE amount of spam.
I can no longer find my topics because of the INSANE number of duplicate threads being created.
In my god honest opinion you guys ruined th community rather than built it. Congratulations!
Wow you guys really went all out on the ideas for these contests, and I'm loving it. xD They all have, not only a luck factor, but a little bit of effort needs to be involved to increase your chances for actually succeeding in them. You can't just go around throwing forum posts everywhere, they actually have to be productive and relative to the thread. Same with the Facebook/Twitter quiz, you don't only need to be lucky and be one of the first to see the post, but you need to have the knowledge to post the correct answer, and be willing to be extremely patient in order to be one of the first to see the post so that you don't fall behind everyone else. Thank you for all the beta keys, good luck to all, and hopefully we won't all have to wait too long for the game's release, then the beta won't even matter too much(:
Seriously, this ought to be the BEST Diablo 3 fansite over the world. Not only you have an excellent coverage, a mature community that discusses every aspect of this game, great features like the calculators (only rivaled by Blizzard itself). And know you also come with this contest. I myself couldn't be more satisfied with you.
Been crossing my fingers for a Beta Key for a long time! So here is another go at it! Been a huge Diablo fan from the beginning and I have been extremely excited to get a look at how its progressing along. Hopefully all the days of reading Diablofans will pay off!
Good news! But only for west community, because fun-sites in CIS countries hasn't got keys According this, it's one way to get a key for me. Anyway, i'm vary glad to have a chance ^^
By the way, 3-rd contest looks very nice. Will be interesting to read any builds for Barb and Monk directed on crit chanse.
Well back in the days, Diablo 2 was the first game that cought my atention for more than two days. And now that Diablo 3 is on the way i hope to be lucky enough to get a beta key, so i can check if it will have similar efect like D2 had back then. This site has been verry informative and helpfull since the first day i discovered it.
Cheers
Hello all, really want to get the key, many times seen as a key play but did nebylo chance I get it, then I hope this opportunity to appear, and immediately apologize for my English
I am pretty excited about Diablo III. I actually bought the WoW annual pass so that I don't have to purchase the game when it comes out. I know they said it was set to come out in Quarter 2, I haven't quite figured out when that was yet. Everyone goodluck at getting those beta keys!!!

For example, all my videos about Diablo makes people think I have the beta, which I dont.
