OH and whats the point of Overachiever and Betamaxed if it doesn't carry over into retail... does it?
They were there in the beta for the same reason we even have a beta: to test. And let me tell you, some of them were seriously bugged. And they will not carry over into the retail version; it wouldn't make any sense to.

Not to mention it may create some sort of edge for the beta players over everyone else who didn't participate in the beta in relation to achievement points. I mean personally i couldn't care less about achievement points, but some people do and you have to put them into perspective.

Bashiok - Blizzard Representative - 08/01/2011 -"So how many skill combinations are there now? Well taking into account 6 active skills, all the rune combinations, and 3 passives we currently expect each class to have roughly 2,285,814,795,264 different build combinations."

Could you post a link to an official information ?
I don't want to kill SK again and again and again and again and again...
They have said it numerous times that nothing will transfer over to the real release. Everything is on a separate server and they don't want to give anyone an edge in any way. Everyone starts off fresh.
And I can't find where they said it, but you can take our word for it. What I've just said I'm very sure about.
Also, if you aren't playing the beta for the shear enjoyment of it, or even to help find bugs, then just don't play it.
My account got flagged yesterday as well. No mail yet. Just news about the release date and me founding out I was flagged within one hour time. Yesterday was awesome.
The D3 beta server is down. boooo! so would this be correct to say that they are patching now? Will it really take them from 10am-10pm to do it? that's a super long time.
I did think it rather strange that they weren't going to do a character wipe for patch 15. Looks like it's happening after all.

I hate the way you cling to ignorance and pass it off as innocence

No beta achievement will carry over to release, they said it so many times still I can't find one single blue....weird, should check again.
