"80% of gamers chose the Wizard as their first class, and only 2% the Barnarian." :whistling:
I can clearly recall seeing way more barbs when D2 came out than any other class. I believe that the trend will continue simply because the Barb is by far the most straightforward and simple class to play. You're basically a tank with brute force, it's hard to kill you and you can distribute huge amounts of damage. I'm pretty sure that the barb will probably make 40% of the first characters made which is a pretty big margin. Then again, I'm presuming everything as there is no tangible data to base my theory upon (other than d2). In short, the barb will kick ass and chew bubblegum!
Get real, folks, the diablo you all knew is dead, a few years ago i said right here in this forum that D3 had a pretty good chance of being blizzard first bust (i was flamed to death ofc), and what you know, its not even beta and its already looking that way.
Very cool! Glad to see the site is getting exclusive stuff. Makes us mere mortals excited about any possible beta announcements in the future =D
But all praise aside, we got images of the male version of a class. I think this whole thing got really hyped for something so small. I still think it's great that we got it first, I am just hoping for more substance from Blizzard in the near future.
Well, not like the female DH is gonna play differently than the male, only the animations and looks will be different. Anywhoo, cool that's finally out there, I hope they realize that nothing short of substantial info/media is going to get people excited now... I'd prefer more about the mechanics of the game, questing, the resource systems, stuff like that - I'm not necessarily so interested in how the game looks from screenshots. Partly because I know much of it changes, partly because I'd rather just wait until beta (if i get in) or release and experience it. I have an idea of what the game looks like and plays like, I don't know how it's going to FEEL once they finalize the gameplay mechanics, and thats what intrigues me most
They're gonna introduce a line of new skills along with the male DH animation.
It's Tuesday, and somehow from somewhere of saying, we're likely to see a male version of the DH shooting away, walking in and out of dungeons introducing pack-ed of new skills along with it. DH would be an important character that I can not miss.
