Traps are basically a variation of slow spells rather than actual traps.
I was comparing traps to slow spells. Traps can take care of themselves after they are set. And you can set multiple traps. With slow spells you are always the target, and have but one point of escape for your spell.
So perhaps I worded it wrong when I said it had 'you' beat.

You're limiting the concept of "spell". By slow spell I merely meant that it doesn't activate at once.
Spell, in gaming terms, is almost anything that requires mana, honestly. Traps in DII are actually spells. You can try to prove that traps are not spells, it's not going to work. Diablo II didn't bother defining anything. By their logic, Meteor is a trap.
A normal trap is usually the kind of thing that you lure monsters towards, and while some DII spells did function this way, traps were always use highly offensively, which defies the whole nature of what a trap really is.
I was organizing them by spells you 'cast', and spells you 'arm'.

Then perhaps I am calling for a new tier of spells.
that is why I said former!! Meaning a guard who escaped..There would of had to of been one at least, while marching on westmarch, some would of ran away.
A former knight guard though, without being a demon, would be neat.
Really? You wouldn't like the idea of a character who's race is demon? What about any other race besides human? Of course I mean something that'll be similar to a human and not something crazy like a dwarf. Like say a half angel with glowing eyes or a half demon with redish pigmentation and little spikes on his face, perhaps there's something else in the lore that's untouched? xD

Now you're stepping into the twilight zone. Wow uses races, and I think wow every time I hear races.
A demon class (even an angel class) would destroy what Diablo was built off of.
Diablo's story has always been about humanity- humanity- overcoming the odds to protect their home, Sanctuary. This means from either demonic or angelic threat. The story is about humanity, and I'd like it to stay that way. It just, in my opinion, doesn't make much sense, otherwise. That's just my opinion, though.

He was almost talking about bringing Nephalem back to Sanctuary. I wanna be Trang-Oul!
Well, you could probably source this better than me, Blackwing, but I remember a conversation regarding hte Worldstone that the heroes are all basically humans that are beginning to regain the power they rightfully should have had- Nephalem-dom. In that sense, I can agree with you, but I don't think just yet. Maybe in the next game.

In some lore, I heard Lilith and Inarius contained their power, turning the demon-angels (nephalem) into humans. Some (Trang-Oul, Bul-Kathos) retained their extraordinary gifts. Our heroes of D2 were not far behind them.
I think there should be like a ninja with the ability of summoning I dont... know something
or a reformed demon, I mean like a good demon since Tyrael is becoming evil

I mean look at these blokes!

Why? You would need at least primitive pistols for any kind of Pirate type class.
