My best guess would be the Triune, since in the Sin War everything they create has something to do with the number 3. We know that the cultists from the gameplay video are Triune cultist so it would make sense.
It certainly seems plausible. But it's probably just coincidence.
Like said, if this is a sign of the Triune then why is it not seen on any of the cultist art?
Also, the Triune worship the three prime evils, why would Adria help the hero if she was a member of the cult? Unless everything to this point was just a plot by the Prime Evils to get the World Stone destroyed.
Which now that I think about it, might not be to far from the truth.
Well, everyone has to eat, you know.
Carrying a forklike weapon enables you to lighten your pack. With its double function---Eat & Fight, you can finally kiss your swords & forks goodbye. A recent Invention by Westmarch Academy of Science, perfect mate of travellers of wilderness.
Well, just because you're a witch doesn't mean you will purpose to deceive. I think the Sorceress Habaclava was considered a witch and she fought for the good of Sanctuary with her Fire prowess. I forget where I read this, actually, maybe it isn't true about her. Hm...
My first two thoughts--Triune symbol----Symbol for the Horned Death-I know that is out there, but those were my first two thoughts.
