I don't have it, but doesn't it only have a few books in it? I was planning on buying them all separate. All of Knaaks work. But there's other authors, isn't there?

It has The Black Road by Mel Odom,Demonsbane by Robert B. Marks, and a couple books by knaak.
If you want, there's information on the Diablo Archive here.
I ordered it 2 days ago for 49 cents plus shipping, so I win!
Darnit! Ha ha, I just wonder why it is so cheap? it is a large volume.
Since reading the four books in the Archive would not be reading the whole list in chronological order, would anyone recommend reading in the proper order and get the other books first?
The Sin War: Birthright
The Sin War: Scales of the Serpent
The Sin War: The Veiled Prophet
Demonsbane
The Black Road / Diablo I
Legacy of Blood / Diablo II
The Kingdom of Shadow / Diablo II
Moon of the Spider
The way it is ordered in the archive is Legacy of Blood, The Black Road, The Kingdom of Shadow, and Demonsbane. This seems to be jumping all over the place!
The order in which the books fall within the Archive is based upon their printing date, rather than their chronological place in the storyline.
Technically, Demonsbane was the first book in the Diablo universe, but prior to its inclusion in the Archive, it only existed in e-book form; this is the first time it appears in print.
I have read the archive and am currently on the first book of sin war trilogy. I don't think the order you read them in is that big of a deal.
I would reccommend just reading it and then reading sin war or moon. They aren't exactly tied together, though I would suggest reading kingdom of shadow prior to Moon. As it involves a character in both books.
Oh and I would say so far, Demonsbane and kingdom of shadow are my two favorites. I wish Demonsbane wasn't an ebook as it was a really cool read and would love for it to have been longer.
Black road was good, but with how it jumped around.... it wasn't the best.
Legacy of Blood is good, but unlike most on here I do not think it is the best non sin war book.

[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]"Fool! You have just ensured the doom of this world. You cannot even begin to imagine what you've set in motion this day. Go to the Temple of Light, in the eastern ciry of Kurast. There you will find the gate to Hell opened before you. You must find the courage to step through that gate Marius. Take the stone you hold to the Hellforge, where it will be destroyed. Now run! Take the stone and run!"
Does anyone else have it? Do you enjoy it?
