If you simply said #1 Hardcore Wizard Character Sheet Dps then we wouldn't have any problems. Not being specific is what is causing you problems. You are definitely not the highest effective dps because of the reasons already stated. Sorry man just be more clear.
In the future I would abstain from shameless (and highly debatable) self-promotion. People will jump on you like jackals when you proclaim yourself as the king, or whatever the point was in doing such a thing.
OP, my barb has almost as much elemental elite dps as your wizard does, and I'm not even in the top 300 for barbs or top 2000 for all characters. Plus, I don't rely on fake dps from resource-burning ias, and I have several skill bonuses that don't show up on dprog. Sorry to pile on, but your wizard isn't that good.
I actually think I could craft a gearset for a wizard and have higher effective DPS O_o. You may need to re-evaluate your gear, this isn't vanilla anymore and profile isn't everything.
