The Loh is nice, but without Dex or even STR i think itll only be worth about 400k or so, mind you i could be completly wrong but this is my opinion! either way good luck

Worth quite a bit more than that. It's not mega expensive in terms of other 800 dps weps with that high of LoH, but it will still go for a decent sum.

I was hoping someone else would weigh in, ive seen weapons with better stats then this go for around 500k or so, which is where im getting my baseline for this item, if he gets 1m or more all the best, but thats what i would pay for that item

That's easily a 1 million gold weapon. Think of the int as +10 resist all. Sure it's not much but it's not a throwaway stat.

Yeah I'd do about 550k on it, the dps would be a loss for me (my current weapon is 796 dps w/ 186 dexterity) so I wouldn't really pay a ton for it.
