well, good video carloseus, darkjay, i like the german in your second video, no matter what anyone else says, it adds a great effect! For an idea for the guild video, (i know it was mentioned before so dont hurt me for saying it) there should be some good gameplay in there with people on battle.net! hardcore and softcore would be cool! we have people on both so you should give it some thought!

World of Warcraft - Finnegin- Level 80 Enhancement Shaman
i had it, but unless you buy the full version you get www.fraps.com at the top. on top of that, my computer doesnt have what it takes to handle the recording and smooth diablo play, so for now im not going to mess with it. soon as i get my new computer though, ill be able to take on whatever my imagination dreams, i plan to make it the ultimate gaming and graphic pc rig.
Yeah definately, SICK will cover every aspect of the game in great detail and GGness. Like SLAYERS will concentrate on PvM, killing numbers upon numbers at a time.
in my opinion i hate the 1st cuz of that language. its always being used here. The Impure souls shall be banished to the abyss or somthin. How about, The Bad souls will go to hell? :):)
well, i dont think they mean just bad souls, what i think they are trying to get at is that the ones who are driven to do evil deeds and have done evil deeds like murder, torture, rape, plunder...pillage....burning of towns and villages..... etc. get my point? (also, if this is wrong darkjay, carloseus, silver, or elfen..... feel free to slap me in the face and tell me i was wrong) but, that is just how i view the "impure souls" part =)

The impure souls of the living dead shall be banished into eternal damnation, amen. it is the motto of the guild. thats why it was used. "The Bad souls will go to hell" seems a little flat.
the motto is a combination of things, living dead, or rather the living dead is a one of the most common enemies are priest or holy warrior would fight. this is evident by the paladin class Undead Hunter, and the fact there is a skill called Holy Bolt which does extra damage to traditionally unholy creatures such as demons and well the undead. souls that follow the true path are said to be pure, while those that dont are said to be impure. beings that return from the dead are definitely not pure. and eternal damnation is what priests and monks have said for years, even before the concept of hell was created.
im not sure if people realise this but these are just concepts, they are open to change. if people want to suggest ideas to make a really good video, by all means do so.
can one actually use diablo2's ingame cinematics? does any1 know what format they are in, im too lazy to check but i think i could make something pretty cool out of them^^, that is... if you guys ask reeeaaaaly nice : ) hehe
the file in the Diablo II directory d2video.mpq i think holds all the cinematics (unless you didnt do a full install), so i think you will need a MPQ ediot/viewer to view the moives. you do for the sound files which are sotred in the files d2speech.mpq and d2xtalk.mpq, and the music is on d2music.mpq, but lots of websites have the soundtrack available for download.

anyone have FRAPS or another video capture program and would like to record some gameplay for the video? contact Darkjay and/or Carloseus. they are in charge of this project.

I like the ramstein but there should be more moving animation... i.e. some clips from D2 videos or the D2 trailers and when D3 comes out... some in game footage of the clan leaders Warcrying ... or somethin..

plus from what i gather, very few people have or know how to use a video capture program to record some in game footage.
