Ok so I have been wanting to play Warcraft 2 for a while now. Problem is, I lost the CD to it. So I went to the site for Warcraft 2 Combat Edition, but Combat Edition doesn't have single player campaigns, so I can't play that. So I am here asking if anyone has any torrents for the game that are virus free. Much appreciated if you do. Thanks!
I should see if I can install my old copy. Though I did try it before and there were some issues. Sometimes new operating can't run old games.
Vista anybody?
I have XP Pro so in theory it should work.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
I have the original. Is that compatible with the Battle.net Edition. I got my copy when WCII was first released. Battle.net Edition was released some time after.

Figured as much, but to air on the side of caution, I felt it wise to seek comfirmation.

Most torrents I get are virus free. http://btjunkie.org, type in Warcraft II and then get the top seeded one. Be sure to look at file size, and comments, and quality reports. I'm not going to search for you, at least, at this moment.

"Cards and flowers on your window, your friends all plead for you to stay,
sometimes beginnings aren't so simple, sometimes goodbye's the only way."
Man I love this game. I remember this one at band camp... whoops wrong story.
This one time at high School the seniors were playing it and I was suppose to be in bed, and one ofthem comes down the hallway wakes me up and asks me how do you quell a peasant uprising, I said kill 8 orange peasants. Then he said We did that, but we can't finish the mission. I had to get out of bed and find one little Pig Farm hidden by the 'fog of war'.
I think one of the tutors caught us, I wasn't suppose to be in there but I covered by saying I was helping him with a history project, said would only take 5 minutes. Something about french peasants revolting against the higher ups because of taxation.
Totally worked. Might not of worked had the sound been on. Kinda hard to cover the voice over saying "Our Town is under attack!" or a footman "Yes my Liege".
On second thought. We might have gotten away with the Yes my Liege line. Liege is a french word.
