Defective video card. Got it fixed. Turned out, the video card, bought from future shop, was an 8800 yet... like a completely different model with things missing. Future shop fags...
After a LONGGGG fight we got a new video card for me... no screen tearing. Hoora!
Anyways, aren't there two different types of FPS? Either that, or people get confused with what FPS is. There is in-game FPS and internet FPS, even if one isn't actually called FPS. So we will call internet performance "ping".
Lower ping means your internet is great - you're not lagging as much. 100+, maybe even lower, is considered high for ping, in other words, BAD. Then FPS, computer performance, the higher the better. 60+ is great, I believe it means the game is running 100% smooth, unless it's different for newer games... 45- I hate.

It's pretty high, but as far as I know, it only says it does 100?, while in fact the game caps out at 70. I don't know if it's true, but I read it somewhere.
My brother gets 100+ in some places in WoW.

fingolfin... i remember you.... you're a gnome mage?... maybe?... female?... or one was in your siggy at least?...
i still own that mage but i barely play anymore (thats why the sig changed). been trying out paladin lately and other games (got an Xbox 360 with Assassin's Creed which absolutely owns) and also tried The Witcher on PC which is also great. The new hype about Diablo couldnt let me uninterested, though, so here i am again!
sometimes the framerate count is virtual. i used to have 120 (which changed on occasion) before i enabled SLi. After that it was a steady 60 everywhere.
